Balaclava Dental Care

Not many like to go to the dentist, but this experience is different. It was one of the best dental visits I've had in a while.
My experience with the staff at this clinic was great. They are friendly and make me feel comfortable.
Alex, the dentist, is very knowledgeable and confident with gentle, steady hands, minimising unnecessary discomfort during the treatment and after.

He explained everything in a way that even I could understand.

The next day, I got a follow-up call from the clinic checking in on me. I was impressed.
I highly recommend him to anyone else.

I have recently moved to Balaclava Dental Care after the retirement of my dentist of many years. Unfortunately my care in recent years has been a bit slack. This has necessitated a lot of remedial work to bring my dental care back to a satisfactory standard. Dr Samantha Lau at Balaclava is systematically working to rectify past neglect. Without a doubt, Samantha is the best and most caring dentist I have ever experienced.
As part of my treatment, I will require a dental implant to replace a severely compromised tooth which broke recently and required emergency treatment. Dr Alex stepped in and assisted with dealing with this problem with little notice.
I am not the sort of person to normally write reviews, but I felt compelled after receiving such great treatment from Samantha and Alex.

I’ve been a patient for over a year now. Friendly and helpful receptionists greet you each time. Dr Audrey Seng is a wonderful dentist, she explains everything you need to know, checks in on you during any procedures to make sure you are ok or if you need a quick break and does excellent work, so to does her assistant. The cost of the services are very reasonable and not as expensive as other dentists I’ve used.

Always looking after me. Doctor Goichman detected the need for a crown early and got me a good deal. The team always go out of their way to get me the most back on my insurance claim. My dental hygenist cured my bleeding gums.

Fantastic experience with Balaclava Dental care & malvern dental care. Warm & welcoming atmosphere making you feel at ease & heard. Dr Audrey Sheng was fantastic with my wisdom tooth extraction, following with no pain as she carefully looked after me. Actually looking forward to my next appointment ! Thanks guys X

were both prompt and extremely helpful in getting a quick appointment for a minor emergency dental issue visit and were able to repair the the tooth.

Dr Samantha Lau is a great dentist. Very good work done and has the patient’s best interests at heart. Support workers Jessica Violet and Helah et al (spelling ?) always friendly and kind….like Samantha.
Saw Dr Lau again yesterday, she is a first class dentist, ably assisted Violet.

Very helpful and informative experience for my first time seeing a dentist in nearly 7 or 8 yrs. They are super understanding about budget and the expensive nature of dentistry. So opted to allow me to do all my necessary cleaning, fillings etc across several appointments to make it easier for me financially. When it came to phone and ustomer service. Tjay was great too

All the staff at Balaclava Dental Care make a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience. The receptionists always greet you with a warm, friendly welcome and Alex is an exceptional dentist.Over a period of more than 13 years, I have received highly professional care, ranging from ongoing dental maintenance to implant surgery. Alex always explains very clearly what each treatment involves and is always able to devise a solution to any more challenging problems.

I had my wisdom tooth removed just yesterday. I couldn’t be more thankful, the team at Balaclava dental are seriously lovely! The reception team there are extremely helpful, professional and caring. Lastly, my Dentist Dr Samantha Lau is truly the best dentist I’ve ever visted. Highly recommend this establishment. Perfect team, 10/10

The team at Balaclava dental are meticulous and thorough in every aspect of dental care. Both myself and my son attend the clinic and the staff are absolutely lovely. I also appreciate that Dr Maryam reads our dental x-rays and history prior to each appointment and is able to communicate a concise dental plan. She goes above and beyond ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience with Balaclava Dental and their Malvern clinic has been amazing. The receptionists have been very friendly and helpful. Dr Maryam and Dr Alex have filled in extensive paperwork for me, to apply to access my Super for my dental treatments. This clinic has rung me when there has been a cancellation to get me an earlier appointment. The Hygienist showed me how to clean my teeth properly. He also gave me additional instructions for looking after my gums and teeth at home. I feel that the staff are very professional and caring. They have become my new dental surgery.

My dentist gave me an excellent explanation of my teeth and bite. His knowledge is incredible.
Then with my permission he added perfectly matched composite to worn areas. I have 3 severely cracked teeth which we have scheduled for crowns in November when I have more time.
I have been coming here for 15 years and have always had amazing work done, and never any pain. In short I can honestly recommend coming to this practice.

Was very happy with the service of all the staff, from the dentist to the technition to reception. I was dreading the actual dental proceedure, but it went smoothly with minimal pain, great care for my welbeing and excellent communication.

All people in this surgery are very welcoming and highly professional. I come there to have a required treatment for 40 years. All staff (old and new) looked after me very well and I am extremely grateful for their constant attention and undying effort to keep me healthy.
