I can’t remember a customer service experience that I have had better than this one. I don’t like trying things on and would prefer to get in and out, Vicki directed me to a small selection that suited what I were after and I picked my favourite. That alone was amazing because it wasn’t annoying, pushy or salesman like. I did try on the one I picked just to make sure, but it was a little long in the straps. Not only did she organise tailoring, a strapless bra and then DROP IT TO MY HOUSE in time for the occasion, but she did it with such enthusiasm and love for her business and customers. Thank you genuinely so much. Besides the faultless customer service the pieces they stock are also beautiful.
