Bunnings Mount Isa

Ray and his fellow team are awesome! They went above and beyond today.
I lost my receipt for a Ryobi pack I bought a while back. The saw burnt out cutting pine yesterday for a cupboard at home.
I couldn't find the receipt, had trouble remembering the date etc etc. Had stupid brain on.
Ray had the patients of a nun.
I totally expected to just bin it and have to buy a new one.
Lovely guy and great ambassador for the store.
I'll be sure to register this receipt Ray.

Really well stocked Bunnings with super friendly staff. It's great to know that you can practically go to any town in Australia and find a Bunnings.

I packed for 37 degree weather and when I got off the plane at Mt Isa, I was given a rude shock when the weather was more like winter in Melbourne. First stop Bunnings... Knew they would have something to wear.

Excellent customer service I got helped from a person named Rashna. She understood what I was looking for. Great customer service by her. Will recommend her if anyone is confused.

I recently visited Bunnings and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by an employee named Rashna. From the moment I entered the store, Rashna was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen to my needs and provided expert advice on the best products for my project. Her knowledge of the store's inventory was impressive, and she went out of her way to ensure that I found everything I needed.

What stood out to me the most was Rashna's willingness to go above and beyond to help me. She helped me load heavy items into my cart and even walked me to my car to ensure that everything fit safely. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my shopping experience at Bunnings a truly enjoyable one.

The new bunnings is a vast improvement. Great to see they have given the region a much deserved investment. Staff are friendly and are all about customer service going above and beyond to offer help which is great to see and much improved on from the last store. Keep up the good work. Keep the stock levels up and I will be spending a lot more dollars in the future ;P

Bunnings new location. Big store like most of the Bunnings stores we have gotten to know. No cafe in store sadly.

I visited the new store on its opening day and not only does it feel like I am back on the coast, but it also puts me back inti the 21st century, on earth! Mount Isa is devoid of these echaracteristics. So rare is it to find modern, quality, standard resources with helpful service but this new Bunnings is fantastic and well worth the wait! As long as I am here in the Isa, this Bunnings is going to be a second home for me that is for sure.

As a visitor to Mt Isa I was pleasantly surprised to see a Bunnings store here. As I was after some specific lighting I looked for a while but then I sought some help. Well the ladies who helped me, went out of their way to not only point me in the right direction but take me to the exact position and also turn one on to demonstrate they work. The store to their credit is super tidy and was a pleasure to visit.

The lady at click and collect really was exceptional today. I purchased a mower that wasn't actually available when I went in. The lady was able to refund the purchase and I was able to get another mower to equal value. Top service.
