I arrived early and was finished within 15 minutes of arrival. Given the large number of negative reviews I only went there due to the early opening time.The nurse was friendly, efficient, warned me I would feel a small prick, which I didn’t. One of the best blood test experiences I have had. Thought it only fair to balance the negative reviews with my positive experience.

Went in for a blood test and the staff were friendly and efficient. The blood test was pretty painless too.

Horrible service and very rude young lady when i went on Thursday she shouldn’t be working in the health field at all very unhappy with her service. When i went last time there was a different lady and she was good though.

Simple blood test arrived at 09:15 and finished at 11:30 and my number was 20. At 10:30 number 19 finished.
Bottom line, if you have a tight schedule don't visit.

Really bad experience as per my wife who visited this place today morning. The nurse pricked her arm several times and at one point blood was flowing out as well. She was in so much pain and had to ask to stop at one point.
There should be better professional care when doing a procedure like that. Hope things improve more than this.
Advice not to visit this place.
