Incorrect information was provided by staff. Not a very professional company

Very disappointing customer service. Concerns raised in person and in writing are denied or ignored by store manager and contractors. Would strongly suggest using a different company where concerns are responded to respectfully and manager takes responsibility for the whole job. We will never use this company again.

Poor customer service, management are offhand and unresponsive to queries and requests, workmanship is substandard. A word of caution: samples seen on the shop floor do not necessarily reflect what is laid in your home.
In a word, I would not bother.
