Kakkadoo Kafe

Had a cheese and bacon pie from the bakery, best I’ve ever had with lots of bacon, meat, cheese and delicious pastry.
Bought some musk sticks from the lollie shop, just right, real deal

Welcome place to stop after a super long drive. The coffee is magnificent. The lunch menu has super snacks but substantial choices. The cakes and tarts are to die for. Plenty of drink choices and attentive service. Also a lolly shop for when you hit the road once more. Sooooo good!!

Stopped in Dunedoo, and grabbed a beef Stroganoff pie, it was possibly the best pie I have ever had. Very impressed.

Husband had a plain meat pie & I had the double egg & bacon Turkish roll. We both had a medium tea.
Husband said the pie was delicious with nice big chunks of meat. The double egg. & Bacon roll was amazing & really hot
Would have liked the teas in a mug but they only use takeaway cups. The gentleman serving was a bit abrupt when I asked for a pastie (they don't make pasties only pies), it was busy at the time.

The pies are the best I've tasted and the coffee was sooo good. Will definitely be back.

Great pies. I love small country towns and their bakeries. Nice, quiet place on the main Street. Lots of parking. Staff are nice and friendly. Large city places could learn a lot from places like this. Glad I stopped here. Would definitely recommend if you need a driver reviver stop on your long haul.

Where else can you have a great dinki di dogs eye (pie) and see Neptune at the same time.

They make the best pies, sausage rolls and other foods ever. Won't go anywhere else. If i am in Dubbo i will wait till i come to Dundoo for their famous pastries..

I love myself a pie, and wherever I go, if I come across a pie shop, I'll always buy a couple of different pies to check it out. Living on the coast, it's completely normal to pay a stupid amount of money for a bad pie, and people seem to do it all time!
The pies here are sensational. While we were eating our lunch over the road, caravaners were walking down the road to other caravaners, not introducing themselves, just demanding, "Go and get a pie from over there!" I've never seen anything like it. If a Dinky Di Dog's Eye opened even an hour closer to me, I'd make a regular visit mantatory

Just stopped in as we were passing by. Couldn't resist the meat pies, really good steak pie. And just to top it off they've got a lolly shop attached so fantales and freckles for the road trip, yippee. Very good indeed.

I was driving through Dunedoo about around lunchtime. My belly was hungry, my throat was dry, but the food I like is fine. I spotted this place with a funny name and thought I'd give it a try. And to my delight the burger was delicious and even better, the pie!
