Secure Parking - Hobart International Airport P1 Valet Car Park

I would advise anyone to be watchful if opening an account with these people Keep a close eye on your credit card transactions!

Long story short ... I booked parking at Hobart Airport for two consecutive weekends, as I was going away on two separate trips. On checking my credit card transactions, I found that they had charged me not only for the two weekends but also for the weekdays in between when, of course, my car was parked at home.

Two phone calls later I was promised a refund and the "error" was attributed to a "machine malfunction." I trust this money will be back in my account in a few days. Meanwhile I am left pondering that these "errors" never seem to favour the customer!

On the Saturday 23rd October 2021, I dropped my daughter at Hobart International Airport, after 8.30pm, I was there for 2 hours, and charged $14, but as I was leaving the terminal parking, the machine was malfunctioning on the Exit, and I could not leave the carpark, other people couldn't leave also.i phoned the Security car park number, put on hold for 15 minutes, meanwhile it was raining and we couldn't leave. When finally I was one next to be answered on phone, the ticket machine finally was working, and I had to pay another $9 on top of the $14 already just to leave the carpark, because I was stranded there for over half an hour, not from my own doing, but very unprofessional, and upsetting at the same time. I know I won't be reimbursed, but making a note for other customers that this may had happened too, how much extra people were ripped off, I'm a single mum, I am angry at what a rip off it was...or is this a regular thing? Not happy customer

Way too expensive and not enough machines for people. I missed my 30 minutes parking by a few seconds because I had to wait in line and ended up paying $4 more.

You might have a parking monopoly, but you should still do better.
