Waves Luxury Suites

We stayed in a king spa room. It was beautiful and spacious. Loved the spa bath. The bed was comfy too.

I want to give a special shout out to Heidi, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

All the staff were friendly. The food at the restaurant was good quality too.

I stayed in the king spa room with my boyfriend and the room was to my surprise beautiful and very spacious and very clean!
The customer service was amazing they went the extra mile to make our stay one to remember.
My partner and I had to leave two days early and we didn’t expect any compensation but the lovely reception lady offered us a sum of the money back and a coffee for the road trip home as we were about to leave the car park !!
If we go back to Port Campbell we know where to look.
10/10 would recommend.

Had an overnight stay at Waves & Luxury suites~ Heidi is sweetheart! She upgraded our room to a King Spa Suite, and the restaurant is amazing! Our room was very lovely and the bed is comfortable 🩷
The restaurant which was right in front of the suites, has amazing food, it was very delicious and filling and the breakfast is very nice as well~
It’s also a great location after the end of Great Ocean Road😊

Stayed at the hotel for my wife's milestone birthday as we were driving on the great ocean road. Did not expect much from the place but was I pleasantly surprised. I booked the Spa Suite and it was a treat, an amazing spacious spa in the middle of the room, the hotel had recently changed the mattress and we had the most comfortable sleep. The room had three pillars of an amazing room a spa, a balcony and view.

Apart from this amazing value for money room I must also compliment the team members who are super friendly, very accommodating and absolute super starts. We had dinner the night we arrived and breakfast the next day both meals were very filling and tasty. Would 100% recommend this place.

There aren't enough stars for this place! They definitely deserve more than five. What a surprise! We came to Port Campbell especially to eat Lobster. We called Waves to let them know we'd be late for our check-in, (not a problem). We asked if there was a good restaurant in town where we could get Lobster. Turns out, you can't just order Lobster in seaside Victoria, you need to book it. Go figure! So the lovely Heidi rang around all the suppliers to try to find us a Lobster which her husband was going to come in especially to cook for us! Sadly, Heidi couldn't find a Lobster, but informed us that there was a restaurant at Waves, and reserved us a table. Just the fact that she was prepared to go to so much trouble, was astonishing to us. We didn't have any real expectations of this little restaurant and we were just happy to take what we could get at this late time. However, the food at Waves restaurant was 100% spot on! We own a restaurant, so we understand exactly how hard it is, and these guys nailed it! Every meal was great and the food was very clean- not over salted or full of flavourings- just clean pure flavours of freshly prepared food. The accommodation was a little bit 90's, so we weren't expecting much there either, but it turns out it was excellent. Everything was so well maintained and OMG was it clean! As we walked in, we could smell just how fresh the air was inside our room. Not musty or stuffy like so many places. It was like going back in time to a brand new seaside hotel from our childhood. I even felt safe to use the bath, which I never do when at hotels.
We had breakfast there also- THE BEST COFFEE! The food was again spot on! We departed for the next leg of our search along the coast for Lobster, and about an hour down the road I realised I'd left my favourite t-shirt hanging in the wardrobe! I was devastated. But once again, Heidi came to the rescue and posted my T-shirt to me. This venue is either run by a family or by folks who really care about each other and about the business. Nothing is too much trouble and their service and cleanliness is world class. This is the perfect little getaway and really showcases the best of quaint coastal Australia. We booked at Waves by default because we were on our way through, but we enjoyed it so much we would go back to Port Campbell just to stay at Waves! Congratulations on an excellent venue, guys! A real step back in time to when people were hospitable and customers were welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks so much!

Very nice restaurant at ground level, very nice apartments above, good service, well equipped.

Outstanding hotel. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Very clean and comfortable suites, Heidi and her team were very friendly and the restaurant served great food.

Excellent stay in Port Campbell, super hosts and delicious food and awesome wine (Native Goose Shiraz, Rob Dundon). We stayed one night in the very comfortable suite room, highly recommended!

Comoda posizione sulla Ocean Road e vicino ai 12 Apostoli. Località tranquilla e gradevole. Disponibilità e cortesia di Heidi e di tutto lo staff oltre ogni attesa. Camera spa molto ampia e pulita e con una grande vasca idromassaggio. Buono il ristorante sia a cena che a colazione.

Personale cortese e gentile. Camere confortevoli, spaziose e ben pulite. Tappa consigliata per tutti coloro che percorrono la Great Ocean Road.
