Twelve Apostles Port Campbell Bed & Breakfast

Fantastic weekend away at the 12 Apostles in Port Campbell. Thank you Bev for your wonderful hospitality. The spacious rooms were spotless with great cooking facilities. The view from the rooms were beautiful. The electric blankets in the bed were a treat! Netflix was a bonus for the chilled weekend we were looking for! The fresh organic eggs on arrival were delicious and we enjoyed the orange / apple juice too for breakfast both mornings. Ideal location too as we were a about 10 minutes drive from the beautiful scenery along the great ocean road! Would highly recommend this b&b and we would definitely come back if we were in the area again! 🥰

Great Place for Vacation, Bev and Trudie are excellent hosts that will make you feel welcome and warm from arrival until you leave. Very comfortable and clean accommodations nice gardens and lawns with great views.

The property.the hosts and location..I think the first reviewOn here is pretty unfair..they never promised a cooked breakfast and our cereal milk and fruit was all really good...bev is a sweetie and trudy whilst shes very busy treated us really well.its a great clean property with good facilities and a great location..you cant please everyone People all of the time

Very nice ladies that are the proprietor. Very clean. Only thing is no soap in the shower. They did have shampoo.

The host was sweet the location was good and the beds comfy with lots of extra pillows. Plus it was super clean.
Unfortunately calling itself a Bed & Breakfast is completely misleading. It's a quarter loaf of opened bread, juice cartons & ultra processed cheap packets of cereal & biscuits. For the price point you would expect at least some freshly baked goods or fresh produce. Highly disappointing. We choose the higher priced property over cheaper accomodation in the area due to the breakfast advertised but had to go into town and spend money on getting a brekkie in order to give ourselves something decent to eat before a long day ahead. Not worth the money at all unfortunately.

I road past it is very ordinary

Firstly this accommodation should not be called bed and breakfast it’s more like a hostel setting.
The breakfast supplied was definitely not satisfactory. There was some old fruit in the fridge, some sachets of cereal and some long life milk. On the second night of our stay she did put a half used bread loaf into the fridge for us . To be considered a bed-and-breakfast I would expect some form of cooked breakfast . When we use the Cereal she did not replenish in at all in the three nights we stayed . Also the fruit in the fridge supplied was already a few days old when we arrived and was still the same platter of fruit served to us on the last morning. I would consider that fruit non-edible at least 5 days old . The bathroom facilities was very outdated The water pressure as well as the temperature settings were also uncomfortable to use .
For the whole three day stay that we were there no one came and freshened up the bedroom sheets or changes our towels. Also the photographs do not show the true state of the property it is definitely outdated and due for a refurbish. The only positive I can really say about the experience we had that that the bed was comfortable. And for that I give one star.
