Customer service was good but parking is a problem because of local drivers dropping their trucks and trailers and treating it like their own depo and leaving interstate drivers nowhere to park,,I find a lot of India drivers park their trucks get in their cars and go home for weekend, OIR should put a stop to it,,if your oversize then there is a problem because of local drivers

Staff member made a mistake and debited my account with wrong amount, I discovered the mistake a few hours later. Rang them and explained the situation to staff member Meegan, she went above and beyond to clarify and remedy mistake. Thanks heaps Meegan. good karma to you.

Great one stop shop for all fuel and food needs. Truck parking was plentiful and A1 class facilities. Pub across the road also a bonus.
