I recently visited Dr. Fan He at Total Ear Clean after a painful and unsuccessful ear syringing experience at my GP practice. From the moment I met Dr. Fan, his friendly and personable demeanor put me at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns and anxieties about my previous experience and thoroughly explained his gentle suctioning procedure for wax removal.

Dr. Fan's approach was incredibly gentle, and the entire process was smooth and pain-free. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the appointment. I left the practice with clear ears and immense relief.

Nicest guy you'd ever meet. Pulled a heap of compacted wax off of both eardrums with zero discomfort in just over ten minutes. Super steady hands and extremely professional. Would recommend Fan to anybody.

I would recommend Dr Fan, went in with completely blocked/infected left ear which caused so much discomfort and I walked out feeling so much better. I was online googling places as I could not find anything last minute (nor close to home) but happy that I made the drive. Well worth it!

I had struggled with a blocked ear for a couple of days. Went online and found Total Ear Clean. The booking system was easy to use, and my ear was all good again very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

I've seen Dr. Fan twice now. I have chronic wax build-up and typically need to get my ears cleaned a couple times a year. I booked with Dr. Fan after feeling mucked around by GP's for multiple appointments, only to have the build up come back after a few months. Your GP will typically pump water into your ears to clean wax, which is also not only extremely uncomfortable, but dangerous for your eardrums too. The team at Total Ear Clean are very accommodating, and Dr. Fan is a professional at what he does. The first time I saw him was the cleanest my ears have ever felt, and I couldn't believe how clearly I could hear afterwards. Because of how well he treated my ears, I haven't had to get my ears cleaned for a year compared to 2-3 times a year. Today, despite having car troubles and being 20 minutes late, the team were able to accommodate me for a shorter appointment. The appointments are also very reasonably priced at $85.00, which is so worth it for the level of care Dr. Fan and his team provides. Highly recommend!!

I'm so grateful for Dr Fan. He took care to clean my ears and I feel so much better. I appreciate his time to answer some questions about at home products I could use. But I think I'm just going to keep coming back here. Really appreciate it thanks!

I'm still lost for word's...Fan was absolutely brilliant! Not only did he come in on boxing day, but he completely worked wonders and unblocked my left ear. He also checked and cleaned my right ear whilst I was there to! It was painless and very relieving. I can now go away and relax on holidays with a unblocked ear and hearing better then ever! Thankyou very much Fan!

Cannot recommend this place enough. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Went in for a completely blocked left ear and it was unblocked within moments! Had tried ear syringing and ear drops to no avail....... skip all that and get yourself to this place. Great service..... lovely and kind doctor!

I went to see Fan at the Semaphore clinic on Friday, he booked me in the same day as I had been emailing him with my issues I have. I thought it was a blocked ear from wax build up, turns out I have a middle ear infection. Fan gave me some advice and didn't charge me a single dollar for his time or advice. He's an absolute gentleman, there needs to be more health professionals and specialists like him. Thank you Fan.

Fan He is FANTASTIC! A very kind, professional guy. Very fairly priced! Fan charges $75 for a Ear Clean when most ENT’s will charge you $200 for the same service. Very happy with the service! I recommend to all!

Thank you so much FAN. My kid was literally in severe ear pain since 3 days & was prescribed oral antibiotics from emergency dept as well as antibiotics for ears by GP, even when the problem was just the wax impaction nothing else. Thankfully i followed my mum-instincts & took appointment at your clinic. After 10 minutes of wax-removal procedure my son is back to normal now. Thanks once again.
