Trafalgar Medical

After moving to Trafalgar recently, I needed to find another medical clinic to help me with several long-term medical conditions. Trafalgar Medical was recommended to me. Today I visited Dr. Irene Chong and was very happy with the care she offered me, her friendly manner and the way in which she listened to me. The ladies at reception were also very friendly and helpful.

I have found the practitioners and staff here to be diligent, friendly and efficient on every occasion. I am truly grateful for the service they provide as a team. They go above and beyond and are always kind and caring with exceptional customer service to the patient. Such a great asset to a small community which should be commended!

Caught covid while traveling interstate and couldn't get to see anyone.
Rang the clinic and explained what had happened and where we were.
Right from the reception to the nurse to getting a phn consult with Dr Mich, he even rang the Pharmacy in SA that we were near to organize the anti viral medication that l needed.
Now recovering well.

Had a regular appointment for my daughter which wasn't prebooked by clinic. After discussion between reception staff and the only nurse on duty today, the appointment was finalized promptly. Thank you to the clinic for making it happen.
