McDonald's

Walking into the store you are greeted with at least 6 serve machines right in the walk way of the shop with little to no room to navigate the maze of self serve machines and patrons waiting to collect their delicious goods. Once you obtain your meal and get seated in the dinning room you can go for gold and have a pleasant dining experience.
The chicken salt isn't bad either.

Lovely service!! We were approached by a very kind staff member, I think her name was Veronica - who went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service! Considering there is barely human interaction at McDonalds now, I really appreciated talking to a fellow human and receiving help ☺ the food was also great!!

Burger is tasty and decent prices. You can redeem your points for coffee/burger through McDonald’s app. We feel most of the time it’s crowded. Food is good/affordable so obviously it will be crowded. Friendly staff.

Ah when in a rush from Bendigo to Ballarat to Melbourne And then off to Ararat, it is always good to get to take a break and stop at good old McDonalds and have a good chat with a good friend from our Victoria Police (thanks V.G.!) Don't forget, friends in Uniform have to have a coffee too! Oh and as usual, the coffee was lovely!

Food was really delicious I ordered hotcake, toasty and muffin with coffees everything is really fresh
The girl who is serving in last window and the guy who is taking order they both are really nice and welcoming.
I order around 7.45am really recommending this McDonald’s

5 star because of customer service. Tuesday 15th November, approximately 06:30, excellent positive mcafe staff.

I had ordered a small cap, but unfortunately tasted burnt and I wasn't able to drink it. Knowing the filter not being changed is a common mistake everywhere I just thought it better to ask for a hot chocolate instead. The mcafe staff were so nice and pleasant, didn't make a fuss about the issue, and even upsized my hot chocolate and apologised for the coffee.

This is the kind of customer service that gets people coming back and leaving with a good experience compared to a bad one. Very well done to fix the issue and being respectful of the customer.Thank you.

Bit of a weird one here as wouldn't normally review McDonalds but I'm going to say this is the best one I've ever been to. Clean, food was out so fast and let's say as good as McDonald's can be. Child enjoyed the playground too.

Called through the drive through today (22nd Jan) approximately 3.10pm and ordered a Big Mac, Cheeseburger, 2 coffees and a chocolate thick shake. For the first time ever our hamburgers looked exactly like the pictures of them! My Big Mac was built so nicely that I took my time eating it, it was perfection!! A big pat on the back to the staff working today!! Well Done!!!

Missed this place, one of my regular stops on road trips. Better this time with family than solo. 🙌🙌🙌

Very quiet when I was there.I was served by a new trainee in training. She was very pleasant , had a nice smile and had a Mc Happy face.The BIG breekie burger was the nicest I've had for a while.
