Helped us out when our car was playing up mid long distance trip after holidays, so we were essentially stranded. Went above and beyond for little reward. Thanks for trying. Highly recommend this place.

Appreciate this place heaps. I broke down in the area and while everyone else was saying it'd be weeks to even look at it, they squeezed me in AND got it done quicker than expected.

They did the job but
the communication defently wasn't there if they say they will call on a day it's generally missed and you have to call them
I was also over charged for a part 🤔
The bottom paper is from Graeme and the top is from volkswagen
It's the same part number but Graeme charged $210 more
Also when I got home my coolent level was below minimum and so was my oil so I have to get more coolent and oil

Easy to get along with , good quality work

To first start I booked my car in in person with someone else in Rochester and somehow my car ended up here when I eventually found out it was there I said I wanted it back she told me I had to caugh up $325 before I was getting my car back refused to finish fixing it there was more damage done to panels and half a plant hanging off the tow ball then to top it off No invoice was left with the car and the car was taken to the wrong adress no list of what they have done when I got it back the whole top of my engine was pulled off and just left in the back of the car

Brought a boat off the owner of this business, said it was a1 ect, nothing but issues and unsafe as trailer fell apart, main bolt in the leaf spring was missing, winch broke, clutch on the boat blew up on its first trip, carby needs replacing.
In other words hasn’t been serviced in a long time and not up to mechanical a1 scratch.
Messaged them about it and pretty much got the you brought it so to bad.
Really trusted these people knowing I have a young son who would be in it or in the car while towing it.
Highly not recommend this mechanic shop for repairs or purchasing.
