Comfy seats, warm, cosy, efficient and friendly staff...now the food. Knock your socks off delicious! Bacon.. good lord it was good! Exceptional quality.. really everything was a cut above. Special shout out for the coffee, it really was outstanding 👏 👌

I’ve been to Trentham General several times, and each time it doesn’t disappoint. Food and service are consistently good. Ambience is also very lovely with its interiors styled by Lynda Gardener.

I had a fantastic breakfast here recently. I had a lovely sunny spot out the front and enjoyed the excellent service and food.

We followed the locals heading to Trentham General for their coffee fix! We ordered our coffees takeaway and couldn’t resist the delicious home made treats in the cabinet- I haven’t had a lemon slice in years and it tasted as good as I remembered. The large choc-chip cookie was equally delicious- crunchy sides and soft Centre.
We waited outside for our coffee and they were served to us by the waiter. Coffee was good, just what we needed.

It's an amazing place. The food was the best part. Didn't expect the food to be so good. Many small towns have very basic food scene. The food took us by surprise with the flavour profile and the taste. We tried Vego toastie and the Pulled pork with Eggs benny. Very highly recommend this place a must try if you visit the town or nearby.

When it seems like the Melbourne cafes are loosing the plot for consistency, this gem in the small town knows how to create great coffee, food, atmosphere and serve with the at most attention! Well done team and thank you for your service and the beautiful place you created 🙌🙏😊

Cute cosy little cafe to stop in for a coffee and brunch. Service was very friendly. My partner had the Risk it for the Brisket dish and I had the Mushroom eggs Benny. Both were yummy. Wish the fire place was going though.

Cute little cafe in a cute little town! Was recommended this place by a local and it lived up to the hype. Delicious coffee and yummy veggo toastie (I regret not getting the lemon pepper potatoes because they sound incredible.) Definitely worth a stop by if you’re in Trentham!

Amazing new cafe we stumbled into looking for lunch on a Monday. Warm cost atmosphere, quick service, the coffee delicous and the food was excellent. Menu is aimed more at breakfast then brunch/lunch but for a 2 month old opening it was quite large. There's also a local providore section that we were told will expand as they get more interest.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing. Incredible staff, food and service. Cannot wait to go back. We arrived a little late and my boss just found out she became an aunt so the staff surprised us with some St Annes sparkling and what a wonderful surprise it was! thank you so much! And the food was amazing. The 'eat your greens' meal was just so yummy and now I can't wait to bring all the family for xmas. A delightful spot in a delightful town. Absolutely wonderful.

Loved the food and atmosphere of this cafe, along with the gorgeous teapot my Chai latte came in. Service was nice too. We would come again, thankyou! My Eggs Benny was amazing!!

Probably the jewel of Trentham, this little cafe has it all. Nice ambience, really friendly and attentive staff, was complying to all COVID safe practices, good coffee and well priced. I had the brisket eggs Benny which looks small on first glance but was tasty and filling. Check out the range of eclectic books to skim while you wait and range of take home items.

For the moment I walked in, they were attentive and fast. It is a classic old building that has lovely natural light flowing through. Everything that I chose was beautifully presented and brought speedily to my table. This cafe makes visiting Trentham worthwhile

This is maybe the best cafe I have been too. And that's coming from a chef 5 stars food coffee and service

The coffee is very good here. Today it was hotter than expected but that did not detract from the flavour. My favourite waitress ever works here too. She takes turns on the coffee machine.
The place has a light, friendly, trendy (in a good way), modern atmosphere.
The ownership changed in 2018 and this place has improved as a result.
I went back again yesterday. It's still excellent.

Amazing place for breakfast or Lunch. Staff was very nice and food options were plenty. Will definitely visit again. Great coffee too.
