Red Rooster - Morwell

There's two reasons for this review. The first is the usually chirpy as hell window servers that genuinely make my day each time I come through on an almost fortnightly trip. Especially the girl with the manicured nails. I don't know how the hell you keep such manicured nails in fast food but you go girl. The service off these (both guys and girls) servers is always friendly as hell and polite.

This review however is mostly for the poor manager that was on today. Black shirt lady senior management needs to get you some better weekend staff. Order was on screen and back of house I'm sure could see it. I went to bathroom between ordering and coming back only to find her still waiting on the order from back of house. Then twice I heard her audibly ask for the bacon burger, once which followed by the back of house asking if she needed chicken. When she answered no but she needs the bacon burger the staff member instead started to get chips ready.

The front of house had to make her way to the back and make the burger herself then return to front with it and pack it. I understand that these (potentially?) might be new staff but anyone can understand "No I need ....... not .......". It was painful to watch from an ex hospo manager so I hope this review serves to get you some better staff.

You and the serving humans though are absolutely killing it and this is an exceptional place to get delicious chicken and chips.

You have the patience of a saint manager lady. Keep on keeping on.

This place had the best crispy chicken I've had in years. I'm actually pretty impressed... and 2 for $5 with chips, you can't go wrong.

The staff are slow and not organized the sauce is never put directly on the burger its all over the Bun and wrapping

Very good food. Best red rooster chicken I had. Fresh and crunchy. And great service too. I requested for certain chicken parts and staff was so helpful to accommodate.

Enjoyed my first experience at Morwell Red Rooster. The food was cooked well and was hot and tasty. The restaurant was clean and tidy when I was there. Staff were friendly. Wait time for my order was a bit longer than other fast food places, but nothing extreme and not a major issue as it meant the food was thoroughly cooked. Carpark was easy to navigate and finding a parking wasn't an issue.

Love Red Rooster and there better menu. Great to have it in the valley, we need more 😁

I had a 13 hr day at work yesterday and went through drive around 9.45. The food was fresh and beautiful. Thanks so much.

Great food but busy and not much communication about orders

My first ever visit here was perfect customer service. Since then I have been back a few times and always found customer service to be friendly.

There is only one toilet that is used by all customers and staff, meaning if feels very "truck stoppy"

Very few tables, 3 actually so not alot of room to dine in.

I ORDER THIS SO MANY TIMES A WEEK AND EVERYTIME I ORDER I CALL AND REQUEST THE POTATOES COOKED LONGER AND CHICKEN SEPERATE FROM THE VEGGIES AND THEY NEVER DISAPOINT!!!!! AND NOW THEY KNOW MY NAME AND HOW I LIKE MY FOOD COOKED WITHOUT ME SAYING WHO I AM AND IF THEY EVER FORGET SOMETHING THEY ALSO PETSINALLY DELIVER WHATS MISSING!!!!! YOU WONT FIND A BETTER PLACE TO EAT THEN THIS PLACE :)

The lady running the front tonight was fast and great putting my order togetjer and made sure I received everything I ordered this time.. Chips where nice and hot just the way I like them.and chicken was great.

The food is always well prepared, delicious and hot! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable with their menu and equipment and helpful. The seating area is on the small side but clean. There are toilets for customers to use and this store uses the Red Royalty program too which is fantastic!

Yummy. Almost 10years since I was last here. Like the upgrade inside. Food was good as always... Just the gravy on this occasion wasn't that great. Was nice and clean inside dining area and the bathroom. Service was awesome.. lovely staff behind the counter greeted us with a smile.

Had some good chicken chips with gravy, the staff at this fine dining establishment are second to none. The service and and whole experience left me in awe I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Friendly staff and nice tasting food. The drive thru could be a little faster but worth the 10min wait.
