The Awakening Retreat
Was a 5 star experience delivered with class by Ayurvedic practitioner, naturopath and teacher, Catherine Laurent and her exceptional team - yoga and mediation teacher Jonathan Morton, and chef Rose Carrington. The Pond Cottage at Trentham provided a serene and peaceful yet functional space to hold the retreat with lots of comfortable spaces to relax in and listen to and participate in the interesting workshops on the Ayurvedic lifestyle. Clairvoyant Genevieve Messenger was available to provide wonderful tarot readings and guidance. A dip in the hot tub, a massage and naturopathic consult completed the weekend. I would highly recommend this fantastic retreat.
