Went there today and they must have new staff. The lady was courteous efficient and nice. Had the tests done in no time and said goodbye. Will definitely be going there in future.

Simply excellent. The nurses here are all well trained and very good at their jobs. 5/5 from the Lightbringer ⭐🪽

Had a lovely friendly lady take my daughters bloods this Saturday, very happy at how quick and professional she was

Both ladies were extremely nice and patient to me. I was such a big sook during the blood test

I am sure the nurses do the best they can. The wait time is ridiculous at Hume Street, sitting there for an hour to have an urgent blood test, surrounded by sick people. Dorevitch need to get more staff and stop treating people like they are at a deli and remember people are there because they are unwell. What we need is competition. Competition always works a treat.

Poor experience, won't be using this site anymore. They would rather have group chats out the back, than be professional and do their jobs.. No communication from the staff on wait times. This place needs better management.

Arrived just after opening at 7:30 on May way to work and there were 5 people in the tiny waiting room one standing. No one at the counter. Waited a few minutes and asked if anyone had been booked in yet and they all said no. Very ordinary with no communication from any of the professionals there. I left because l felt uncomfortable standing in the middle of a tiny room. Won’t be back to this one ever again.

Poor experience. Understaffed and the staff just chat out the back.
No option to book an appointment.
Its not possible to get a blood test and work because it's hours of waiting.

They are hopeless gass bagging out the back horrible service don't recommend to anyone perthetic who gives them the ok to run the place like this I've been waiting 20mins for them to stop having a chat about their nails . People have other things they need to do

Disappointing. Travelled over 30mins from out of town. Arrived at 10.55am. Sat for a couple of mins then the lady comes out and takes me in. Then says oh one of your tests requires you to sit for 15mins but we close at 11am. I said online and your two signs out the front say you close at 12. She turns to the other lady and says the signs out the front were fixed weren’t they. I said no they both say 12. Sorry, we close at 11. We open at 7.30am on weekdays though. That doesn’t help me. So I left and then watched about 5 more people (including 3 disabled elderly people) walk up to the doors with samples in their hands to drop off and they had locked the doors. Samples would no longer be viable by the time they get to hand them in again. You would think that advertising your correct opening hours would be pretty high on the list of non-negotiables when operating essential health services.

I understand everyone deserves a lunch but when it is such a vital service and doctors want your samples taken immediately...
Very disruptive to busy and time constrainted people.

Have been here half hour and all that has happened is crowd growing no one has came to office to call numbers up but we can hear them talking and laughing in back rooms

Very poor service, long long wait, four people have collected the sample from six of them in 1hr 45 minutes

They're no longer here they have moved to corner stanley and high street

Long wait times, staff that dont keep patients informed

I was not happy with the attitude & poor people skills of the worker at this particular pathology. Will not be using this location for future pathology requests.
