Been trying to enrol my son since before school finished last year, my son has come to live with me so this is my first gig in enrolling my son in school, but no one calls back no one can give me an appointment time, I live out of town, no information on buses, no book list, don't know where to get uniform, we're all just numbers ,my son is highly stressed about missing out on going to tech and I'm stressed over what the books and uniform are going to cost, I'm disabled and can't work yet not eligible for any government handouts, what a great start to the year all because no one could be bothered to call back or simply enrol him when I've been into the school....oh no you need to make an appointment but we won't do that and we'll just leave you hanging, this is beyond unprofessional
