Bunnings Munno Para West

It's possibly one of the best collaborations I've seen a shop do in recent times. They changed their name to Hammerbarn to match Bluey. This alone made the trip to collect stuff for work more amusing, but the kids were also interested in coming with us.
I do hope they do this again in the near future, and this time, let people buy the Hammerbarn aprons as I really wanted one for barbecuing.

A BIG "Thank you" to Lou, from the Munno Para West store. She truly went above and beyond tonight, regarding my online order. (The delivery driver had left my item in plain sight, rather than following simple instruction or at least placing it hidden out of view. The photo provided along with his delivery confirmation showed it in the worst possible spot, he left a tall tower fan highly visible from communal footpath, park area and all other houses. Not hidden at all and leaning right next to the front door). It of course had been stolen by the time I arrived home from work. I received a text to offer feedback for the delivery service, so I put in an immediate complaint and to notify it missing. I received a call from Lou at Bunnings straight away, and she offered to personally deliver me another one on her way home from work. I felt so bad, and said that I could come pick one up tomorrow. She kindly asked if it was okay to do it straight away tonight, being so late, and also offered me a product of higher quality and price. Absolutely amazing employee and person! I offered her a small tip for doing it too, for all her trouble, but she wouldn't accept. She also attached a nice note on the new product :) Service like this, is so rare to come by these day's. Thanks again Lou, for all your effort, it's very much appreciated.

Wow loads of item here. Great staff and they know where all the items are if you ask them. Good service too. Closes at 9pm which is great since many people can get to go after office hours. Very big area and you can just go on and on checking whatever items or supplies you need. Many storage items and outdoor items too. The price is reasonable. So many parking spaces.

Wow.....what a massive store......10 times the size of Berri.........The most gorgeous massive hydrangeas I have ever seen in a variety of colours sizes and different types..Great quality plants all round...... I love hardware stores for everything they stock..........It's one of my favourite places to be......

We always find what where looking for & more. The staff are so friendly & helpful no questions too small to answer. Plenty of toilets if you need to go during your browse, great cafe & play area for children.

As a Halloween fan I love to see what new goods Bunnings releases each year. This year I was so excited to see the door mats that were released in the eastern states but had not yet been released in SA. When I went in store for another item, I asked a team member about it and she took my name and number and told me that she'd let me know when they arrived - I didn't think about it again until a phone call earlier this week from Lou to let me know they were in stock! Lou kindly popped two aside for me until I could make it there to pick them up. Lou went above and beyond to make the process smooth from her first contact to me leaving the store. She is an absolute gem and made my day with her customer service.

Great place to check out a whole bunch of items that you've ever dreamed of observing. Well displayed and everything in its place. So many interesting people to meet as well. God Bless #brucesplanet

Long story short, today I made an online click and collect purchase that went pear shaped in every way possible.

Taking a deep breath I rang the store and was transferred to Sarah in online orders.

I explained I was frustrated and asked for a solution politely acknowledging I knew she was a mere messenger in the grand scheme of things and messengers should never be shot.

Sarah proceeded to go above and beyond to ensure everything came out the right way.

My review is not just based on the fact that everything worked out favourably but Sarah's willingness to go the extra mile just to see if she could make things turn out alright.

This is real customer service. The effort.

Also there is immense pressure this time of year with volumes in retail stores and as customers we must always remember the human point of contact we see does not make policy nor oversee systems and are often frustrated themselves with deficiencies within their organisation - we can all relate to this.

Treat people with the same respect you would like in return.

This Bunnings is huge. The range of products is so large I would need a week to list them all! I have taken photos of items you might not expect to see, to give an indication of how wide the range is. Brenton was one of the Managers on and he was friendly and helpful. Several staff offered assistance as I walked through the store which is a great improvement since I last visited. I am delighted with the price and quality of the fruit trees, which I learnt have a 12 mths guarantee on them. I recommend you have plenty of time available to shop.

I know it's just a Bunnings but honestly have never had a bad experience here. Rented a tile cutter which was faulty. When returning it they'd already called 2 different local stores to see if they had it free and put on hold on top of providing free coffees and cookies.

Mark from the service centre was fantastic to deal with. Professional and accommodating on the phone and in store. I'm very grateful to him. He made my experience very easy.

So the power was down today and I had to leave my shop and head for a bus pick up because of the huge long delay at the cash register.
Ya reckon of all places, it'd be Bunnings that could hock up a generator to at least one or two cash register so people could shop a tiny bit faster then today

WOW!! The first time ever I went to this store, I was really amazed with all of the goods that are there on the shelves. Everything is there, and if you can't find anything inside this massive store, go ask a member or go to the information bay

Best place to find everything you need for the house, yard, garden or for work. Plenty space outside for parking, so you dont have to worry about that. Many options and really good prices, different brands and good quality 💵👌. Also the staff are very helpful anytime you need it.

Staff always friendly and greet you with a smile and they loved my dog which is a big plus lol

We spent so much time at this store during our visit in Adelaide. It had everything we needed from a clothesline and new toilet cistern to plants for the garden. Nice staff as well.

Thankyou bunnings for helping me when I suffered from vertigo on the weekend and helping my kids grab the the things we needed. Thankyou so much for the free coffee and cookies for us. You guys are good humans.
