Best fish and chips on the tablelands by far. The potato scallops were to die for they were absolute perfection. And the Pineapple fritters were just amazing. Perfect crunchy chips and the fish was delicious. The batter the best I've had in a long time.

Another visit and these ladies still do the best fish and chips on the tablelands. The better was crisp and prefect, the fish was juicy. The chips were fluffy in the middle and nice and crunchy on the outside. 10/10 could not recommend them more and the prices are still friendly and value for money

Food is awesome - good old fashioned fish / chips etc. - which is getting more and more difficult to find in FNQ - and these guys just keep getting better and better - ie. their battered fish now is done using an AWESOME tempura type batter which is wonderful!

I can only rate the chips and they are awesome ! Never had a bad batch I'm down there 2 times a week , only Down side are the islander/Vanuatu drunks dropping litter from the oval to the pub which are becoming quite an issue.

Just had our first visit to here, possibly the best fish and chips ever, fresh and tasty, chips also great, reasonable price, fantastic food and service.

I’ve been to hundreds of burger joints as well as fish and chip joints and let me tell you. Service, time and flavour can not be any better anywhere else other than this place. Highly recommended for a casual feed or smoko

Pulled in, starving, on a day trip to the tablelands on a public holiday. I ordered a burger with bacon & egg. When it came I was very happy. A good old traditional milk bar hamburger. Absolutely delicious. I really wanted chips, but was concerned I would get the ones sitting in the ban marie, so didn't buy them. Wish I just asked for them to make fresh ones, bet they would have been awesome. I will definitely be back.

This lady takes pride in her business and makes the best burger and chips on the tablelands. Give it a go!

Great little take away, fantastic food at an outstandingly low price. Love the crinckle cut chips, and the chicken is fantastic, but those pig dogs are my favourite.

A great little fish & chip shop that is a favourite with locals. Very sensibly priced and much better value & quality than anywhere in Cairns.
