Playford Library Service (Stretton Centre)

I was driving past the Stretton Centre, Playford and saw there was a library there. After entering and reviewing the Library I found out that it stacked up very well as not only a Library but as a chill out area as well, with extra space to sit, charge my laptop and enjoy the view inside and out. It is one of the quieter libraries around because it does not serve as a creche like so many libraries these days. And they don't play music, which is a welcome relief.

Took out membership for my grandson and myself today. Was treated like a rockstar, with very friendly, helpful and efficient service. Heaps to choose from for both young and old. Very well equipped to satisfy almost any need. Truly impressed. Thank you!

My client and I enjoy sitting at tables reading interesting information and talking. She enjoyed her time there.

Good venue to use computers or wifi. It's saved me afew trips to uni SA in the city since I've been able to study here with a nice lookout across the intersection to break up my study sessions. Also has business networking facilities and events that Il be attending soon

Amazing kind people, super prompt to responding to complaints! The conservation park in front of my house is just gorgeous thanks to the council for keeping it tidy and fixing any issues quickly! Love my council 🤍

friendly staff, always happy to assist with any queries you may have. The free use of computers, internet services and cheap printing makes it easy to complete all your missions in the one place with ease. If you need some peace and "me" time it's a great place to lose yourself in an array of reading material.

Went to exchange books with my grandchildren, came out with 10 new exciting adventures to read and a Christmas craft activities pack. Kids are loving their creations. Thank you Stretton Centre Library.

Great place. Modern architecture.. Spacious, well laid out, just the right stop for a time of quiet study, reading or just "me" time.

I visit the library weekly . Great location but I do wish the small car park could be for users of the library. Carrying a bag full of books is not easy when I have to park some way from the library.

The staff are lovely. More than happy to help me with ordering in books from other libraries and working the computers.
