Had a terrific weekend away with my daughter here at Bellbunya Eco Retreat. We felt very welcome and enjoyed a lovely communal meal, and my daughter had a great time playing with one of the other kids living there. I was able to take in the gardens and was particularly impressed by syntropic rows bursting with edible life down one of the slopes. We also found it rather magical to have pockets of rainforest in amongst the various buildings. A truly unique place and memorable stay. Thank you!

We stayed in Bellbunya Eco Retreat last year for a couple of nights. All the volunteers were very friendly and helpful and it was like a big family experience. They offered us freshly cooked organic meals , which we enjoyed in the common kitchen. The environment was peaceful , with plenty or organic gardens and plants. Also the people we met were quite interesting. there was an enormous library on site. In one of the nights we happened to attend a fire ceremony. Overall very impressive and great value for money. Hope to be back soon

My husband and I recently stayed at Bellbunya retreat for a weekend getaway. It was honestly the most incredible experience being amongst nature on the property.

It felt like a magical wonderland, almost like being in a dream. I can’t compare it to anything else I have experienced. I feel like I have discovered a secret gem!

The food was amazing and the people that live there are so friendly. It had a warm and homely feeling.

I am so grateful for the magic that Sue, Deb, Antonio, Caroline and her daughter share. One night wasn't enough! I’m coming back guys!!

Beautiful rainforest ecovillage.
The subtropical farm is very well designed by a permaculturalist, and so much blessing of nature you can enjoy, breath, and eat.

I ran a two day and a 1 day course at Bellbunya in 2020. The facilities and grounds are excellent for nature or healing based workshops and the Bellbunya community members were very helpful and supportive, going out of their way to make sure both hosts and participants were well looked after. Having a hall, a commercial kitchen and dining room and accomodation makes any length workshop very doable in this space. I had people travel from Interstate to be at the workshop and the facilities meant they could stay at the venue and not have to worry about food or accomodation as it was all provided. A great place to run a course.

It was for me as a Permaculture Design student really interesting and inspiring to spend a few days in Bellbunya. Its a special place on a beautiful spot in the countryside located on a hill, having its own supply of water and renewable energy, a big garden for own food production, lots of beautiful buildings and good facilities providing the option for retreats, workshops, courses, holiday stays,... and private housing within the community.
It would be great to see more people finding the way to Bellbunya, filling it with life and contributing to a thriving  community! It has such great potential.

I enjoyed staying in room with ensuite as part of small eco village in bush setting. Loved the organic food garden. Enjoyed the nature walk and friendly interesting community members

Have to agree with John above. The website should include what services you provide for the detox. I had to write in for more info. Please update and be more informative with photos of practitioners and what styles of food..is there fasting involved? Thanks

A friend of mine recommended this place and I planned to come but then I visited your website and it completely turned me off.
