Tracey’s might be the best, most thorough treatment I’ve had. She did a comprehensive assessment of my body before beginning massaging and by doing so found the root cause of my pains and tightness and tailored my treatment from there. I loved her explanations as she was going and now feel far more informed about what’s going on in my own body. I’m also enjoying the homework she gave me to help keep my body happy and not rely on treatment forever to get by. Massive thumbs up from me!

Having lived with chronic back pain for 40 years and undergone several spinal surgeries including discectomy's, fusions, total disc replacements and nerve blocks, and having also tried multiple alternative modalities, I was resigned to living with constant pain - but then I met Tracey!
I have now received 6 treatments from Tracey where she has used "Myofascial Counterstrain" and "Finger-point Pressure" technique to decompress inflammatory tissues, this opens the 'Pre-Lymphatic channels' in the body allowing inflammation to enter the Lymphatic system and then leave the body which in turn relieves pain receptors providing almost instant pain relief.
Tracey has and continues to enthusiastically train in this science, she also has a very analytical approach to identifying pain tender points using a "Cranial Scan" method.
For me, the results so far have been remarkable to say the least and today I experience less headaches, reduced back, neck and joint pain, better sleep, less reliance on analgesics, improved concentration, improved mobility and overall a better quality of life.

Tracey is an absolute miracle worker!
I have lipoedema, ehlers danlos syndrome, hyperesthesia etc etc.
I've also had two failed knee surgeries! I was unable to fully extend my leg for the last 18 months.
After one session, Tracey managed to somehow release that area & I've been able to fully extend my leg ever since!
My chronic pain has eased greatly since I started seeing Tracey.

I recently visited Bargara and Tracey was recommended to me. I have a fantastic massage therapist that I go to up in FNQ and I swear by her. I have an old nerve injury in my neck that we haven't been able to resolve, now it's barely noticable. I have never had a hot/cold rock massage before and Tracey's hot/cold rock massage was amazing and so were the results! Tracey is a true professional and the best in her field. She is always researching the evidence to provide the most effective and up to date service for her clientele. I recently had an injury to my knee which caused considerable swelling and pain. Tracey has been providing me with Manual Lymphatic Drainage to my knee and body to assist the recovery. The results have been phenomenal! My swelling reduced tremendously overnight, I had less pain and increased range of motion. I had the MLD pre and post surgery and the proof is in the pudding. My knee has healed so quickly thanks to Tracey. In addition to this, she has kept the rest of my body in check and worked on the tension created by the assymetry of the inability to use one leg properly. I cannot recommend Tracey more highly!
