Timely pit stop between Bathurst and Scone prior to commencing the Bylong Valley drive. Late hour meant limited menu availability but the scones jam and cream were mega and totally hit the spot!

Lovely cute country cafe, great homemade food and historic feel. Opposite the tiny police station so you'll be safe there ahah ... got a bathroom and outdoor courtyard with tables in the sun which was lovely. Thank you for the welcoming service, much appreciated.

Tasty wraps! I tried the Lamb with pumpkin and spinach. Very very tasty. Funky atmosphere and friendly staff. There's even a cool little seating area in the old front shop window... Sip coffee and look out at the world 😁. Definitely put this place on your list to stop for a quick bite passing through. 👍👍

Absolutely amazing little Cafe, driven past this gem so many times and finally decided to stop in for a coffee and a quick bite.

Coffee was great but the lamb toasted sandwich was something else. I went for lamb, bacon, onion and cheese and I'm telling you I'm thinking of moving to Rylstone from the Hunter Valley just to eat more of these toasties.

You are doing yourself an injustice if you don't stop in.

Had an AMAZING Sunday morning late breakfast of scrambled eggs on sourdough, cannot recommend them enough! So filling, so delicious, exactly what was needed before a long drive home. Also bought some homemade banana bread to go, yum!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Toasted Banana Bread and the Big Breakfast were delicious and coffee on point.

Grabbed takeaway coffees, and a great BLT Wrap. Great food and coffee

the cafe atmosphere was warm and friendly. our food was delicious and filling, no small portions here! There was a mix up with one of our dishes and they immediately offered a refund or to make it, we chose for it to be made and it was out to us in a couple of minutes. Just wish the burgers had sauces on them to complement the flavours but otherwise fantastic!!

What gem this place is.

The cafe is filled with country chic furniture. The atmosphere is rather welcoming and it seems very busy. Food is rather tasty and you get good amount of portions. It is almost like a city cafe found in the country.

The only down side was seeing that a coffee in a take away cup is rather expensive. $4.50 for medium and $5 for large. I thought it was a joke as in the city you can pay $3.40 for a large.

Over all a lovely place to go before travelling on.

A really great down to earth country cafe with great coffee, yummy food and friendly staff. Scones were amazing. They didn't have eftpos at the time I was there but there is a Commonwealth ATM right outside, definitely recommend stopping here on your way through!

It's a *REAL SHAME* about the lack of mobile reception for any of the Telco companies despite protests to their local MPs and Telstra!

I ordered a large cappuccino and a bacon and egg roll and both were fabulous. Swift service with a smile, and a window seat from which to watch the quiet town.

Lovely simple Cafe with a good atmosphere. I had the cheese, tomato and ham toastie, the best I have had in a long time with very high quality ham. A good no fuss place with a value for money menu.

Second visit just as great as the first. The servers are polite, welcoming and friendly. Food is exceptional- hidden gem with a good variety and well priced. Clean,covid safe.
