I can't fault J and J Plumbing, their service was excellent. Justin was courteous, knowledgeable and he provided an extra level of service to solve a tricky long-standing problem.

I'm somewhat suspicious of trades in small towns that take advantage of people due demand exceeding supply. J&J Plumbing, however, are an exception with honesty and integrity seeming to be high on their priority list. I have used this business multiple times now for business and personal use and have not had a bad experience to date. These are good quality tradesmen with solid business admin support, and are always professional and courteous. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Great service provided by Justin and Jade. Responded straight up, turned up when they arranged to and installed our solar hot water system at a competitive price with no delays. Also refunded an overpaid amount of money that had been completely overlooked by us... very impressed. Very professional, reliable and honest service. We've used J&J several times now in the last two years, they have been quick to respond to the requests, provide accurate quotes, and completed the works to a high standard. They have fixed a leak in our solar hot water system, stopped the water hammer that we had, and installed guttering and downpipes for us.

I have used JJ Plumbing for solar hot water installation and bathroom renovation and I can fully recommend their services - excellent work and advice.

J&J have promptly sent a Gasfitter to repair a leak in our gas system that has been unchecked for months. Jade, promptly contacted me upon receiving my e-mail and have coordinated a gasfitter to come and rectify the problem. Clearly the tradesman, Matt, has got adept knowledge as he was able to identify the leak which came form a section of the regulator that gets overlooked. Matt also replaced our regulator with a new reliable one and even suggested we get rid of the second outlet connection as this can become a problem in the future if it is not being used - which I believe is an expert recommendation by a very competent tradesman. I would strongly recommend anyone with problems in their gas delivery system to use this company.
