I recently had the opportunity to embark on a 4WD adventure combined with sandboarding with my family and it was an exhilarating experience that left us in awe. The thrill of riding through the undulating sandy terrain in a powerful 4WD vehicle was matched only by the adrenaline rush of sandboarding down towering dunes.

Booked 4WD Tours Sandboarding for a nice day out in the sand dunes.
It was a very quiet and windy day out at the sand dunes but it was very peaceful and fun to have the dunes to ourself. The 2 staff members explained the rules on how to enjoy sandboarding to the maximum and it was quite informative.
Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great tour operators to organize a fun day trip to the dunes. We booked through Groupon but also a friend wanted to join last minute and they were able to sell tickets right there and then which was awesome.

Worth the 40 dollars. Once you’re tired of going up and down the dunes it’s good to have some food up there and enjoy the vast sandy emptiness. Staff are super friendly

Absolutely awesome value for money. Booked through Viator and got a small discount. The ride in was good, recieved friendly service and helpful instructions. The sandboarding was so much fun and much easier than expected. I would love a lift up the hill on a quad bike as an add on option.

Bring water and comfortable clothing and make sure you use the restroom before you start as there are none available. Parking can be full during peak season so plan ahead.

Amazing people at 4WD Tours R US.

We went back here at Anna Bay for the sand boarding and just approached their truck. The guy at the counter immediately greeted us, and told us what activity was available and its cost. Online waiver was quick and efficient. Then we rode their 4WD across the sands to their sand Boarding site where they have tents where you can leave your stuff. A little guy gave us clear instructions.

Got lucky to sit in the front, so had a nice chat with the driver. All their staff are very friendly and helpful. We'll go with them again when we come back next summer.

My sister and I went (after attempting on our own and failing miserably….) and what an amazing time we had! The staff were so friendly and the set up was very organised. We both had so much fun and it was a million times better than our own attempt!

Wonderful time on the dunes with our JW Homeschool Group. It wasn't just fun for the kids; us parents braved it too and so glad we did. Definitely want to come back for next years camp. Very helpful staff at catering for such a large group. Thanks for creating great memories for our kids.

Great experience for everyone. The kids and even us adults had a blast. Lots of laughs. Heads up bring some water before you arrive. No opportunity to buy any and it is a work out as there are no lifts only your legs and what a great work out !

Soooo much fun, arrived early to reschedule due to weather, were very pleasant to deal with changes and assured us wet sand was better to glide down the dunes, they were not wrong ! Weather changed, sun came out and very comfortable to take your time with any level/ height of dunes to slide down on your board. No pressure to leave, whenever you were ready, you could hop back on the 4wd bus to tackle trip back over dunes to base. Amazing experience and atmosphere. Loved it!!!!

Good services, you cannot bring a drone because it's an prohibited airspace, the tour is fun and allows you going fast or slow according your driving experience

Great family experience. Went with 4WD Tours as the timeframe for Sand boarding was unlimited, meaning we did not feel rushed. Highly recommend.

Reasonable price and they give you unlimited time to play sand boarding.
The shuttle 4wd runs regularly, so you can still get to the dunes if you are late to your scheduled time.

It was very hot because we went there on the mid day. I recommend you guys to avoid the hot day and mid day sun. Unfortunately, i only did 2 rides because i have no energy to walk up to the sand hill. Having few friends together should be much fun. The staff is very good and really helpful. Highly recommended 😀

Friendly staff, well trained employees make us feel safe and enjoyed every moment . Every half an hour pick up and drop of, make it easier access to sandboarding. Definitely coming back .
