I see Dr Betty and cannot fault her services. She is professional with an empathetic nature, making you feel heard with also giving the best advice needed (not just what you want to hear). Waiting area is always clean and reception staff are lovely, even the Pharmacist Michael is nice natured very explanatory with medication details, friendly and prompt service. Overall A1

Never had a bad experience at Uni Health, Playford. I frequent Dr. Shawn O'donnell. All I need to say about this awesome man is the fact that every appointment, or teleconsult I've had, Dr. O'donnell never ceases to listen to anything I'vehad to say or ask, or concerns I have ever had in regards to any medical, mental, or family issues I've had. He's accommodating, knowledgeable, calm, and collected. I have never felt dismissed, or ignored by this Doctor. Will continue to use this service for as long as I can.

I have seen Dr Osama after not being happy with my last doctor, he found the issue straight away and is very thorough and explains things very well. He takes his time and shows his care to make you healthy. Best GP around.

I cannot speak more highly of Unihealth Playford. From the ladies at their reception, who are client orientated, friendly, helpful and always with a ready smile. And our GP (Dr Asif Ashraf) is a no fuss excellent GP and always there whether it is an urgent matter or simply for a teleconsult. I would give 6 stars if that was possible. World class. Thank you.

In my life, I went through many clinics and saw many doctors. Since I came to this clinic and met Dr. ‌Osama Moussa he is the best doctor I have met in my life. He is very good and cares about the patient as if he is taking care of himself. He gives you the right treatment, helps, and explains the situation accurately. I am very happy, and thank you to Dr. Moussa, and even for inquiries, they have professional, smiling, respectful employees at the reception.

Reception staff at Uni Health are amazing. I will always use this practice from now on. Very happy with the service.

Dr O'Donnell is a fantastic gp and has taken great care of me. The staff are extremely nice and helpful too! When I've needed to make an emergency appointment and can't get in to see my primary, the other doctors have been amazing as well.

I usually see Dr O'Donnell who is amazing. But he wasn't available when I needed an appointment yesterday, so I got in with Dr Dhall. He is just as amazing! I have chronic back pain for the past 8.5 years, and he suggested new things to try to see if that improves it. Something that has never been suggested to me before. And he took the time to explain how these things may help etc and made sure I understood everything before we finished the appointment. I will definitely be seeing him again, that's for sure.

I'm happy with all the doctors I've seen here, but these 2 are definitely top of my list if I can get in with them.

Dr Betty is a very helpful and thorough doctor. She has helped me in many ways and is very understanding. I will continue to see her at Unihealth Playford for as long as I can. She is friendly and gentle with my children too. Highly recommend 🙂

The whole staff go out of their way to help everyone extroadinary level of customer service is the normal level achieved here. Doctors are friendly patient understanding and compassionate even when other children have to accompany person who is patient which can be the case in many situations. My doctor takes time and listens to what is happening not just writing scripts and saying see you if doesn't improve. I think patients in the Northern suburbs are very fortunate to have such an excellent medical facility available to us who still bulk bills so everyone who needs medical attention can receive at the highest level.

I see Dr Betty, she is wonderful, gets to know her patients and always has a smile.

I see Dr. Betty and she has given me exceptional care, always listens to the patients concerns but through with her exams. Specialised in Women's health and I have also seen her for Mental health. Usually booked out for a few days in advance, but long wait room times are very rare.

I have been seeing Dr Tehseen for over 3 years now. He is an amazing doctor and takes the time to listen to concerns, explain in detail what is going on that is easy for me to understand and is also open to a holistic approach. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Dr Betty is an amazing doctor, I have been to her for at least 5 years now. I cannot fault her work, she is highly attentive, listens and wants the best thing for your health whether that is mental and or physical.

I am very blessed to have found a wonderful clinic and Dr. Shawn O'Donald. I have two rare diseases and complex health conditions. Dr. O'Donald has treated a person overseas with our syndrome. Finally, I'm understood and listened too. His vast experience and knowledge have made me feel i am not alone. Having a rare disease is not only physically horrible and scary, but it's mentally draining. The clinic has helped me with PTSD. Reception is always friendly and cheery, in the clinic, and on the phone. They will try to assist you and really listen. They are very professional. It really makes a difference when you're unwell and the girls treat you with empathy. I can access everything needed in the clinic and save time. It is very convenient. It also has a very clean big waiting area. For vunrable people worried about covid, it is perfect. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me. The clinic has changed my life in such a positive way. It has made my heath and wellbeing so much better.

I have been going to Unihealth for a few years now and love the service my family and I receive. The doctors are all so compassionate and reassuring with my children. The reception staff go above and beyond and I can see their smiles behind the mask. 5/5

Unihealth Playford is a fantastic medical centre. Dr Farukh Tehseen particularly is a wonderful doctor, he really takes the time to investigate what’s best for you & your health. He’s patient, kind, understanding & friendly. My 2 year old daughter isn’t happy to go to the doctors but he’s amazing with her & has patience when she doesn’t want to co-operate lol. I’ve recommended him to several family members & friends & would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Tehseen & Unihealth Playford!!
