I wouldn’t train anywhere else. Sal and Rachelle are the best trainers, they offer fantastic PT services and the group classes are always different and challenging. The gym has an awesome and welcoming atmosphere.

This place is a hidden gem!!! Off Ashley St in Underdale you'd never realise how big the studio is & how much stuff they have to use!!!! Love the classes, love the bootcamps, love the trainers, its the best value for your health!
