I am thrilled with the service I received from these guys. I called them up about a fault with my mazda cx5, he said come straight over. Hooked his gadget up and told me the likely problem and what to do. He was friendly, helpful, kind, quick, knowledgeable nothing was a bother. Anna Bay Mechanical is a new business in the area but the man behind the business clearly has a wealth of experience and a true passion for automotive maintenance. Caine has worked on my Hilux for the last 7 years and has done everything from basic servicing to gearboxes, suspension, custom clutch installations, diagnostics and CRD top end rebuilds. There’s nothing he can’t do and he does it with a genuine, helpful demeanour with a true focus on customer satisfaction. I was stuck with a busted car, the mechanic told me how to get the car going again over the phone, he knows his stuff and really helped me get out of a pickle, I really appreciate his help.
