Good gym, usually always quiet enough to not have to wait around for something you want to use. Lots of cool regulars that are friendly & will say hi each time you see each other

For anyone walking distance its a real good gym
Traffic outside the venue can be really busy around work peak hour times, but training here after work would also be an easy way to miss all the peak hour traffic you would otherwise be stuck in too!

Amazing atmosphere in the gym... the girl working on this gym is super hard-working as she is always concerned about maintaining the cleanliness of the gym. Furthermore, I will give you one instance of it, I was about to weigh my weight but the weighing machine had an error, she saw that instantly and fixed it by bringing new batteries right away from the shops.. Would love to keep coming here often... A massive area and not too kuch crowded as well FYI...😊😊😊

If you love working out in a clean well equipped environment, Zap fitness gyms should be your destination. The have gyms in almost all of the residential areas and most importantly helpful employees.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They will always welcome feedback and listen to their customers by adding new equipment, changing to better layout...keeping it fresh. Namely Tara and Dave, you guys keep doing what you're doing. You have it so right.
