Belltrees Pet Retreat

My dog is well looked after by Belltrees. Lovely people, great range of fresh meat also for sale.

Great boarding facility, fantastic staff and new management has made changes to place and staff all seem they are a team now.

Staff joke with you and never judge just try and help

Had my two dogs stay at Belltrees for a week and when I picked them up they were happy and clean. This is the first time I’ve ever had the dogs stay away from home and was a bit nervous to take them to a retreat. But very happy they were looked after.

We used Belltrees in February 2022 for the first time that our chocolate Labrador has ever been in a kennel. She stayed 10nights and when we picked her up she was happy and in same condition we left her. We then recently dropped her off for 3 nights and she had no problems going in and seeing the wonderful team. We will be using them again for another 8 nights whilst we travel. We have found the right fit for our girl and have no hesitation in recommending Belltrees.

Just thought I would update my review. Our Tess had the best time when we left her for 8 nights. Hubby even called to check in on her. The staff were wonderful and put his mind at rest. Picked her up and she was content. We have since used them again and Tess loves being welcomed by the team. We travel out of area to use this service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend highly!

Very happy with Belltrees! Our dogs were very well looked after. They were in great spirits when we picked them up and were clean aswell. When I emailed to check up on the dogs, I was replied to very quickly with an update which I really appreciated. Will definitely be using Belltrees again. ☺🐶

Left my lab here for a week and when I went to pick him up he didn't want to leave, he was so happy to be there. Staff are all super friendly!! He was also washed and groomed before pick up which very convenient!! Definitely bringing him back when we go overseas again. Thank you Belltrees.

The staff are always friendly and kind. Our dog is very nervous and the staff really take care of her. She is always groomed there and comes home smelling lovely. I know I can go away for a night or a month and feel that she is in good hands and being treated like family.

Our 2 dogs spent 10 days at Belltrees Kennels and came back healthy, happy and in very good spirits. No wounds, no ticks or other issues that people sometimes worry about when they think of a pet lodge /kennel. The staff members who served us were also lovely, to us and to our dogs. We definitely recommend this place and will leave our doggies here next time we go away on holidays.

Recently ( June 2014) I took my dog Bailey for grooming. This was the first time to visit this kennel, and certainly the first time to have the dog spruced up at this establishment.

The result was one of the very best outcomes in recent years. I have been to many groomers but can honestly say that this experience was astoundingly positive.

The staff were courteous and most understanding and as a result I will not hesitate to leave Bailey there in August for a few days knowing that he will be very well cared for.

Belltrees got to look after my two 16year old kitties for a few days after they'd flown to Sydney from the Gold Coast and while I unpacked my furniture in our new home. Great communication from the team and my furry-purries were in good spirits once I collected them. Both seemed to have eaten which they never do when stressed. Thx team.

Our two boxer girls love going here. It is a comfort to us knowing they are safe and well cared for when we go on holiday. The staff are super friendly and obviously love their job.

We took our dogs to Beltrees this week as we had to evacuate Bargo due to the fires. When we picked up our dogs and went to pay, they refused to charge us saying they were helping people in fire affected areas. We kept insisting but they wouldn't take our money. Thank you so much for looking after people in times of need. When we go away next, we will repay your kindness by boarding our dogs here. Merry Christmas guys.

I highly recommend these guys! They took such good care of the dogs and my 2 dogs were always happy to go back and loved the staff. The staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating.

My dog is happy to go there and always very well looked after. Best place to leave your pet when you go away. Safe and kind people.

The staff are very friendly and take good care of our dogs. Never have any problems here and they are more affordable than some others nearby.

The staff certainly know how to treat a malamute. They understand the temperament of the breed and especially their quirky nature. We couldn't be happier.
