Epic country style pub easily accessible of the hume. Counter lunch (served til 3pm on Sunday) was one of the best traditional pub lunches I’ve had. The most friendly publicans. Dog friendly inside and out. Clean toilets. Highly recommend.

Great pub! Glen and Tess very welcoming. We camped the night, and made sure to spend a few $ on drinks for our stay. Clean showers and toilets, dog friendly. Parma (parmie) was nice for dinner 😍

Couldn’t recommend a better place if you need a stop for the night and a fantastic meal. The building itself is full of history and the decor perfectly matched. Clean shower and toilet close to the camping around the back. Parmy was delicious and incredible value! The owners were very welcoming and friendly and even told us some ghost history of the building! Would definitely stop here again 😁

Could I have just discovered Australia‘s greatest country pub.

We stopped in at the beehive on a trip up the east coast due to the free camping site next to the pub.

Fortunately we made it in time to have some drinks as well before heading off to bed.

The staff were accommodating and made us feel like locals from first minute.

Resident rooster 5-0 was true to his word and started crowing at 5am before hitting the snooze button.

Overall great country pub we will be back.

Friendly country pub with attentive, welcoming staff. Free camping out the back was a real life saver after a long drive. A toilet and shower available as well, what more could you ask for . Thanks for the stay, will definitely bee back.

Fantastic place to stop for a bit to eat if you are traveling on the Hume. Highway near Gundagai stop here instead. The lady made a special meal for me due to my dietary issues and was very welcoming. It was also at very reasonable prices. Healthy fresh food. There is also cakes pizza and normal bar meals on offer all day. Free camping out the back.

Wonderful hospitality! It’s the perfect stopover if you are leaving Sydney late and need somewhere to rest your head. Reasonable amount of room for tents/caravans and there’s a toilet and hot shower.
There is a fair amount of truck noise from the highway though - but it’s free camping so who can complain?!

Camped out back last night on the bikes ...... Beer was cold, mood was welcoming and the chicken schnitzel was one of the best i have ever had .... thanks to Tess and the crew .... a little bit of magic off the highway and the rat race

What a find, an old style Aussie pub with an enjoyable country ambiance. Delicious meals, cozy and affordable accommodation with friendly staff and excellence customer service. We will be back...thank you for our stay.

Great little country pub. With a Cafe 303. The Owners are friendly and it's a great place to stop and relax along the Hume hwy. They have pizza all day too. ;p.

Tess has a very good relationship with the locals and the visitors that come to the establishment . Always impeccably clean, room for the dog to have a run (and stay!), and the owners are lovely. Have stayed here four times now, it’s the best! 🐝

Great place, everyone knew each other obviously a popular local spot. Stayed a night was cosy as. Abit noise but that's what ya get when the major highways built

Great food and atmosphere at the Coolac/Beehive Pub. 1 minute off the Hume Highway and plenty of great options to rest revive and survive!
