I recently did the 3-day foundation course with Tanja. I got so much from the weekend and am applying the tools I learnt and getting great results, after coming back to riding after 20 years I now feel confident and equipped to continue building a positive relationship with my horse. Tanja is so incredibly patient and is a world of knowledge and what I learnt over the weekend can also be applied to raising children and other relationships too. (I'm practising patience and curiosity a lot more) :) Looking forward to doing more clinics soon.

The day I was referred to Tanja Kraus Horsemanship was a great day for me and my horses. Almost 5 years down the track and hundreds of hours of private lessons, several clinics, 5 horses started under saddle and 7 foals brought into a training system that sets them up for life, I can honestly say that my understanding of my horses and our communication is on a level we would not have achieved without Tanja's guidance.

When I started out with Tanja, I was coming out of a gap in my ridden career, had a green horse and my first yearling. To say there was a fair bit of apprehension and a lot of things to remember how to do again is probably an understatement. I am now happily bringing along my young stud horse (stallion) and two other green horses, competing in dressage and training youngsters regularly.

Tanja's guidance in training up a dressage horse gives the horses a solid ability to work correctly and a wish to work as a team. They feel hungry to learn new things as it never feels like you're making them do something they don't wish to. As someone with her heart firmly in the English disciplines, I can thoroughly recommend attending any of her clinics for the impact it will have on you and your horse's performance in or out of the competitive arena.

I attended a three day clinic with Tanja recently. Having returned to riding nervous and unsure I didn't know what to expect, Tanja was fantastic with me and my horse MJ and gave me the tools to build a relationship with my horse, each day we both learn new things my confidence has grown and we are on the way to building a fantastic partnership I can't thank Tanja enough for her patience and knowledge and look forward to the next clinic I can attend .

As well as being a great teacher and mentor, sharing her knowledge and experience with a groundedness and down to earth approach, Tanja is also an insightful, intuitive horseperson and teaches with sound practical methods that integrate back into 'real horse' life 👑
