Ezy & Green Dry Cleaning

Had my kids blazers cleaned - they came up like brand new! I am really impressed with the friendly service and excellent job done. Definitely will be using them again.

was nice and clean.
huge great 10kg washers and dryers, so useful for winter as nothing dries, and you really dont want the hassle of rushing out the clothesline to rescue the clothes when it starts raining.
i believe there is a pet dedicated washer as well.
Some of the washers had great big holes where i can only guess where the coin slots used to be.
the first machine i tried didnt want to process my card at all, so i had to try another.
the second did process, but was quite slow.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! pity we have to give 1 star, took our son's school blazer in to be dry cleaned (dry clean only, can't wash) and it was returned with a 6cm burn mark on the back right shoulder of the blazer. Went back and questioned this with "Julian Musker" who point blank stated "that's not a burn, we didn't do that", total denial and straight into defence mode, no, oh we're sorry, let's see how we can fix that, NOPE, straight into arguing with my wife and myself, screaming and yelling, which we also started to yell, they stated that they don't use irons, even though they were in the back ironing at the time when we were complaining, nothing but dishonest, backyarders, with no regard for customer service or satisfaction at all.
Then some "lady" came charging from the back like a pitbull dog ready to attack, screaming at us saying "You don't have to yell", well yes, we do, because you're not listening to us and are simply fobbing us off as it's not your problem, when you have damaged the blazer. She then said the jacket can be sent away to be tested if it is a burn, takes 4 weeks, indicated son needs it next Monday for school, she said your son has lent against a brick wall, sorry, there was no mark there when we first brought the blazer in to be cleaned, they said leave it with us and we will see what we can do, AGAIN!
This was last Saturday, get a phone call today, Thursday from Julian, "Oh, sorry, been sick, haven't done anything about the jacket, offered to send it away again, so clearly they don't listen to customers, so did absolutely nothing to rectify the issue they caused in the first place...great work Ezy & Green Dry Cleaning, awesome customer service, stand up and admit to your mistakes instead of putting the blame back on the customer when it was CLEARLY your fault, should be called SLEEZY & SCREAM Dry Cleaning!!!
