Excellent service! We were headed to Darwin and were having issues with our spotties, they squeezed us in first thing in the morning and had us back on the road straight away! Amazing crew, very appreciative of their help and we were able to get to Darwin without delay! 10/10 recommend!

We arrived in Alice with no 12 volt and power issues in our Jayco Silverline. The team at AutoSparky had to fault find with various issues that they found, and were able to repair them so we could continue our trip North. my wife and I can know enjoy our trip up north.

I had an issue with the temprature sensor in my van (wire broke) and I was unable to replace it with the connector plug. The owner (I didn't get his name) was not only incredibly helpful with advice (I was happy to fix the problem myself), but ended up fixing the problem himself.... at no charge!!
As I was heading up north to Katherine, it was vital that my temp. guage worked correctly!!
He was a total legend, and so, I can not recommend this business highly enough!!

This family run business were amazing! I drove a week in the outback without aircon, they squeezed me in when I stopped at Alice and had it all fixed. These guys went above and beyond even dropping me in town while my aircon was getting fixed! Would 100% recommend this incredible team!!

Big shout out to AutoSparky for fixing our Redarc battery management system. The wiring had disconnected and we weren’t receiving any power to our CV. The team could see our anxiety and shifted work around to slot us in for the afternoon. Bonus is chirping of the system also no longer occurs at night. 🙏

Guys fitted me in travelling through with headlight problems. Quick diagnosis and fix, loose wire, no charge. Credit to the guys for not fleshing the time out and creating a charge. Sent me on my way happy as. Would happily use for a paid service.

Called on the off chance AutoSparky could help us with our battery issues and very kindly fitted us in the next day. All staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. PJ took the time to explain exactly what was happening and how to prevent the same thing from occuring again. To top it all off their charges were also very reasonable! The guys here are fantastic. I was only in Alice overnight, and they were fully booked for several days, but they were still able to help out and fix the problem with my deep cycle battery connection first thing in the morning. Thank-you, gentlemen, you are truly magnificent.

Professional over the phone and face to face. We called and asked for speakers to be replaced but ended up needing alot more done before our road trip and our requests were met. Staff extremely knowledgeable and honest. Will definitely be back.

Gave them a call, explained my cars problem, they said they could fit it in with other prebooked jobs.2 days later dropped car off I'm the morning and picked it up that afternoon. Explained in detail what they had found wrong and the steps they had taken to resolve them. Difenitly will be a repeat customer!

I used the team at Auto Sparky in Alice Springs when travelling from Sydney to Darwin. They were nothing short of fantastic! Checked all my 12V connections, took my battery out and charged overnight. Reinstalled everything and even soldered done loose connections.

We had a problem with our battery charger on the caravan. The owner spent 20 min diagnosing the problem (a loose wire) and fixing it. This involved going under the caravan
removing covers etc. He then refused payment as it was such an easy fix. Very frindly staff. Fantastic highly recommend.:)

Ran into an issue yesterday with the battery deciding to quit on The spouses car, being close to closing time we called Autosparky to ensure that they had the Battery I required. After I incorrectly gave them the wrong information they verified the correct article for my application. In, out and back on the road with fast, friendly and professional service. As always.

A huge thank you to the team at AutoSparky. Working on airconditioners in cars in the desert in the summer would have to be one of the most challenging professions. We've had a couple of vehicles receive their great service over the last couple of months for regular maintenance. We could not have asked for better service. They were honest, on time and thorough. You only have to look at the presentation of their shopfront to understand their attention to details. Our vehicles do a lot of kms, out of town. For our safety AND sanity, we need the aircons to be working well. Thank you AutoSparky team for running a great business.
