I couldn't be happier with 2m2. This place is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
What truly sets 2m2 apart is the incredible owner/ trainer. Matt is really knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to provide guidance and support.
Another great aspect of 2m2 is the sense of community. Everyone I have met are encouraging and inspiring. It's wonderful to be part of a group of like-minded individuals who are all striving for a healthier lifestyle.
Overall, I can't recommend 2m2 enough.

Joining 2m2 was the best decision I've made. Matt is always there to support your fitness goals. The classses are always fun and challenging. Everyone at 2m2 is friendly and supportive and it is a great community to be a part of.

I started attending group classes at 2m2 last October and was able go down couple of Kgs and most importantly feel fitter and stronger. I thought I didn’t have time but after starting these group classes at 2m2 I try to get things done quicker so I don’t have to miss classes.
Matt is so professional and motivating to go beyond the comfort zone safely to achieve more.

I am not normally a gym person and a result I put off trying out 2m2 when a friend recommended it to me. It turns out that is my only regret now.
Both Matt and Alex are knowledgeable, professional and passionate about what they do.
2m2 group sessions are honestly great for any fitness or experience level. There is great support and encouragement while still keeping the atmosphere relaxed.
A word of warning... 2m2 is highly addictive!

I got my first taste of Wing Chun taking part in a self defence workshop at 2M2 and I was hooked. I’ve been studying Wing Chun with Matt twice a week for about 12 months and am totally loving it. Matt’s a great instructor and makes each session fun and relevant. Can highly recommend Matt and 2m2. Sue Kerr

Fantastic and unique Adelaide Gym! I’ve tried out other gyms in the past and found that I was lost in the crowd. Not at 2m2. Alex and Matt do an excellent job of getting to know their members and making them feel welcome. Their group fitness classes are great also and the variety in their classes keeps their workouts fun

The environment at 2m2 is amazing! I wanted to get involved in some boxing and this gym has been perfect. There’s a great variety of class options too. Alex and Mat are both really fun yet always focussed on training

I've been training here for almost a month now and couldn't be happier with the Gym Classes and service. In additional to helping me achieve my goals to get fitter I have also had to train around an (previous) injury and both teachers Matt and Alex and helped a lot so I can do modified exercises and still get heaps out of the classes. Most workouts are different so you don't seem to get bored doing the same routines. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get fit and have heaps of fun.

I joined 2m2 Fitness and Defence gym after seeing positive reviews for the group fitness classes and Wing Chun self defence and amateur boxing skills classes. What I found was a fantastic, family friendly gym, and a variety of group fitness classes with a twist. I personally enjoy the Boxfit (Strike) classes for fitness, and especially enjoy the self-defence Wing Chun classes, and the amateur boxing skills classes for building confidence in a controlled safe manner. The instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. The classes are always fun with Matt and Alex, and the music during the classes keeps it fun too!!

2m2 is a very friendly gym! Alex and Matt welcome everyone of all ages and levels and inspire everyone to achieve their goals. They make exercise fun! The gym is set up well and growing to accommodate their goals. It is a great location with a great atmosphere.

I knew Alex and Matt before 2M2, so already had an insight into their work ethic and knowledge. I've been a member for close to a year now and can't speak highly enough of Alex and Matt's professionalism even though new in the fitness industry. Having completed numerous PT sessions and classes with both Matt and Alex, many interrupted sessions, it doesn't matter if its my first time or 100th, they both take care to ensure you are pushed enough to get the benefits, but listen to you if you have injury concerns etc . Good work guys, see you in 4 weeks time.

I am really enjoying training Wing Chun Kung Fu and Boxing with Matt and Alex at the 2m2 club in Thebarton. Matt and Alex know their stuff and have a passion for what they teach. The options to do a range of different group fitness, self-defence and boxing classes allows you to keep it interesting and push yourself, and both Alex and Matt are quite happy to work with you on achieving your goals. It has a good, friendly, no pressure atmosphere and everyone is welcoming
