What a good customer service support our local.

Stocks a huge range of beautiful rugs at reasonable prices. The staff are most helpful. Also a lovely range of sea sets and platters and serving trays in patterns & gold / silver look at great prices. Has some really nice Asian accent vases too at great prices.

If you're middle Eastern or from central Asia, you will like this place...They have some pretty good and useful items which you dont find in many places.. got a decent quilt set from them

On Saturday 20/6/2020 I went in store,
I had witnessed a Genital Man who wanted to perches a out door heater, The Store owner was happy to give him a discount on the price.
But the owner of the store said the customer to pay cash not card,
Also said He would not to give him a receipt or warranty for the gas heater.
The Customer replied to him this is illegal in Australia and should be reported to the ombudsman, The store owner Said, go do what you can.
There is no other word other than disrespectful way of treating customers.

Few month ago I bought several runner carpet for my home. The carpet are not the size which I wanted but he said that he will cut the carpet to the size I want and joint them together by sewing machine. When I took the carpets to home after a few days I checked the carpets they were jointed by glue and they not jointed. When I took the back to them, they takes with so harshly and disrespected. After a very harsh a aggressive arguments they agree to refund me. I bought per $80 as well they are not giving receipts for items you buy. We I said to them I bought $80per/m the don’t believe it they said they are $ 40 per mater. So I had to print my bank statement to prove them the price which I bought. And refund me 80 percent my money.
I never recommend anyone to buy from them.

I have witnessed today an issue in this store, someone came in while I was there to purchase a gas heater, the staff member of this store asked him to pay cash, the guy went next door to the supermarket to make a cash out, when he returned to the store and pay the money in cash, the staff member refused to give him a receipt of his purchase however, the buyer insists to obtain a proof of purchase and warranty, then the store manager decided to give him his business card instead and told him if this heater has any problem within the next couple of days call me and I will replace it for you.
The buyer end up having his money back and not to buy from this store.

Not honest, agreed on a price over the phone, went in store, he changes the price. Called me again later on and asked me to come back to get it at the agreed price. On arrival he asked me to pay cash not card and he disagreed to give me a receipt or warranty for the gas heater. Very bad customer service.

We had an awful experience trying to get an item refunded or exchanged, One of the guys who was serving us was very rude and declined to get the item refunded or exhanged unless we buy something of the same value. We tried to find something we needed of similar price and looked at few items we wanted but they did not have. We ended up taking the heavy item back. Very poor and confusing customer services. Hope it improves otherwise I will never go there again or refer anyone.

Very disappointed at one of the people working there, He's the old man wearing glasses and tried to threatened me if I go to the shop again he'll break my teeth. I respected his age but man ya need to watch ya mouth old fella
