Hillside Carpet Court helped us get some carpets into our commercial premises in a hurry, getting us out of a tricky spot. Great service and a great outcome - our new flooring looks fantastic. Would recommend to anyone!

Hillside were amazing to deal with, so efficient. We had a short window of opportunity on our investment property to install carpet before our new tenant moved in. They found a stock line that was good quity and well priced and installed within a week. The installer Scott was professional and respectful.

We had an amazing experience with the staff at Hillside Carpet Court. We had an Insurance claim and Tim came out to see us, bringing carpet samples and talking us through what we might want. We were very impressed with the service we received. After this experience we also had our hard flooring done by them as well and can honestly say that the job looked great and we are more than happy.

I have furnished my home with carpet and window furnishings all from Hillside Carpet Court. I have experience within the interiors industry and in my opinion the selection at this store is the best in the state. The team also understood what stage of our renovations we were at and were able to facilitate. We have also been so happy with the quality. Will be visiting again soon!

Have previously used Hillside and been happy but this time had a terrible experience. Was mucked around with booking and told to meet installer at incorrect time, then forced to provide them with access while not home to prevent waiting another few weeks. They then assumed I wanted skirting boards in my fire place (?!) and installed floor incorrectly as a consequence. When I raised my concerns I was given no options to resolve and then when I went to Consumer Business Affairs they got nasty threatening me with debt collection. Would NOT recommend!

Never us this company! They installed my flooring at an angle and Dan will take no financial or logistically responsibilities for the errors of his subcontractors making it there responsibility. He has admitted fault but say they might not be able to fix it. It’s been 3 months now and each time they tell it’s there first priority they give us another stalling technique - there next visit to our place to “discuss” is October now!
I had been warned against them but only after I paid the full amount - they weren’t accepting a deposit only.
He refused to loose a cent once it’s in bank account putting our whole renovation on hold now. The poor tradies like our carpenter and painters etc are now held up waiting to finish our job are suffering now too!

After 2 failed attempts to install floorboards due to faulty product, we were told that nothing more could be done. After agreeing to a refund, they refused to reclaim the product from the worksite and we were to remove/dump the faulty product at our cost. The Service staff are difficult to work with; they dont check emails without a phone call prompt, information offered was self-contradicting and confusing and their prices are higher than other carpet court stores.

Do yourself a favor and shop around
