Telstra Alice Springs

The staff were extremely helpful. They greeted us as we came in and asked to be seated. We waited 5 minutes to be attended. Transferring to Telstra went smoothly. The people at the store sure knew what they were doing. We were hesistant to go because of the bad reviews but my experience has been great.

They were super knowledgeable on there services, very friendly, kind and Amazing to deal with
Although they have long wait times they apologised and got to me when they could.
I am extremely grateful for the service and look forward to dealing with them again!
Not to soon tho as they made sure I got the best deal possible!

We had a problem activating a new sim card.
I was expecting a long wait and lots of obstacles. We had a brief wait in a short que and was served by the young man with great efficiency and he resolved our issue within a couple of minutes. This was a pleasant surprise as we were on the chat line twice for it seems like hours without a result. Thanks again for a great experience.

Every person who I have interacted with at this shop has been incredibly helpful. Talking to a tech who knows and used the actual devices is great and they normally fix my issue within 5 minutes of getting there. Lovely service quick fixes.

Scott is amazing! Went in to buy a SIM card for my new phone. Was very helpful and explained new plans to me as well as help me set up my new plan. Looked around for the best deal for me. Nice place. Good people. Thank you Scott!

Went into the Alice Telstra shop today because we had forgotten our over due bill and had just been disconnected. These guys went out of their way to help me get reconnected immediately. Definitely a five star service battling the bureaucracy of the big corporation for the ordinary customer. Couldn't ask for better....
