Excellent service and professionalism from Brandon at KC Auto Electrics in Alice Springs. Fitted us in immediately and we were back on the road within an hour and a half. Very knowledgeable and so helpful. Thanks guys, really appreciate your help.

No appointment but they took the time to investigate my concerns and explain to me what was supposedly done in Melbourne at the start of my trip, wasn’t correct. Neither made me feel like I was a hopeless female but told me this should have all been explained to me when I originally had the job done.

Couldn’t rate KC auto electrics more highly. Absolute first class customer service and craftsmanship. Had a major power issue with our camper van which required urgent repairs. After trying other local auto electricians I was most fortunate to get on to Brandon at KC auto electrics. Brandon was looking after the business while his boss was away. He fitted me in that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts in and our van repaired within hours. The epitome of good, old fashioned service which is extremely hard to find nowadays. Travelling north from Adelaide we had an issue with our battery charger in our caravan 2 days south of Alice on the Monday visited KC Auto Electrics. So glad we did. Cathy Ken and Brandon were so friendly and knew what they were doing. We were back in business that day when other businesses in Alice couldn't or did know how to help us.

This business is amazing. We were in deep trouble with the van electrics. They cleared the day for us on a Friday 3 full days later it was fixed. But found out we were extremely lucky van didn’t burn down. We even got to stay in van for 3 nights in their yard. If Ken & Damian hadn’t persisted our van would have been on a truck back to Victoria and our 4 month trip would have come to a stop. Thanks so much Ken & Cathy for your hospitality your are the best. 👏👏👏

Had a issue with the trailer lights on my caravan. Was 400km out of town and rang couple other places. One told me 3 weeks before they could look at it, another a week. KC Auto said come by at 1pm that day which was a lifesaver as had kids with me and only in Alice for a short period of time. Fixed my issue in 20 minutes. I've completed my 3 month trip since and has held up with no more problems. Highly recommend.

After our caravan batteries shorted and burnt out the wiring, this company fit us in straight away during a busy period to fix the problem, that has enabled us to continue on our travels. And they did it at a very reasonable rate, highly recommend.

Our experience with Ken and his partner has been fantastic. I think it was a bit overwhelming our caravan problem at first as he hadn’t ever struck our problem but Ken kept at it until he got to the bottom of it. Very helpful and nice people. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgeable

I just only paid $333.00 to fix it and was so quick only half day

The other place said I need to pay for $1,500 for change whole compressor

Had a last minute item needed for scrutineering at Finke and was lucky enough to be helped out by these guys. They even stayed open shortly after hours to get us sorted!

Needed a new Anderson plug. KC fitted us in early today, Jack was a pleasure to deal with & fitted it quickly which allowed us to move on to the next leg of our trip with no worries.

The guy who looked after me was great. He kept investigating until he found the issues. It wasn't what the other man thought it was the day before so l didn't need the part they got in for me so he swapped that back to my original so I didn't have the extra cost.

I took my car to Ken and was completely blown away by his professionalism, skill and easy approach. He is very skilled and did a great job on my car. I highly recommend him.

I was in a trip and had a problem in a wire of my indicator lights near Alice Springs. They managed to squeeze me in, fixed my problem really quick and ended up with an excellent price. Thanks Jack
