Can't comment on the lifting, but the quality of Jiu Jitsu is very good. Coach Kieran creates a great space for beginners to train safely, something that is missing in most gyms. Premium soft mats too, and temp controlled space. Very friendly and welcoming crew.

Just joined this great gym. Got all the things you need, it's local (to me) plus everyone I've come across and the owner are super friendly.

Couldn't recommend more highly for anyone looking to get into BJJ but maybe have a sense of trepidation about taking that first step. Keiran and Ben are top blokes and have created a real community like feel in the gym that is accomodating to people from all walks of life.

24hr gym and BJJ. Exceptional low key vibe, very friendly and its owned and operated by a passionate local. Awesome for people working in the area as it has toilets and showers so you can go before, during and after work.

Welcoming gym with all the equipment you could ask for, especially if you're looking to do heavy lifting! Lots of ATX powerlifting plates and a Rogue Combo rack!!

The welcoming vibes extend to the BJJ program, where no one is turned away. There's even a program for kids!

The vibe is really relaxed and the people there are super friendly. Plenty of equipment and even some cool merch.
