Paul and his team did a great job on the demolition of our old fibro clad home. From start to finish nothing was a problem. His team were friendly and explained everything that was going on. The demolition was quick and finished well within the timeframes indicated which allowed our builder to get onto the site early to commence. I’d highly recommend Paul and his team for your demo job. When other companies don’t give a stuff, Paul does and is open an honest about the work carried out and costs involved. A+

They took care of the demolition of our home at Bulli. It was a bit more tricky than other homes to demolish and many companies refused but these guys took it in their stride and did a great job. The whole process was smooth. They were friendly, easy to talk to and happy to take the time to explain what was going on.

We had a number of jobs for Paul and his crew to complete

* Clearing a large area for a shed including tree felling

* Building a sandstone Boulder retaining wall 1 in the backyard to make use of hilly area

* Prepared the site for a 9x14m concrete slab (which was also organised by BMI) for shed

* organised water and electricity connections for shed

* Driveway drainage improvement and restoration

* Removal of an old retaining wall in the front of the house, addition of draining and building a more durable and well drained retaining wall in its place

* site cleanup, preparation of garden beds, turf underlay and grass seeding of the lawn area.

Massive job, a huge investment which was done really well.
