Kathmandu Adelaide - Rundle Mall

I was looking for a versatile jacket that I could sail in and wear day to day. This shop has beautiful and high quality jackets. The models are stylish, comfortable and with beautiful colours. I had a great service from Daniel. Very attentive, friendly and good humoured. I will definitely come back.

I was on a 3 week trip to Australia and American Airlines lost our luggage. The sales people at this store were super friendly and we bought some great clothes that allowed us to continue our trip without any more clothes issues!! Love this place!

Excellent experience. Went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but came out with the perfect pair of shoes. I forgot to get the name of the person who helped me, but she was very friendly and helpful. Products are a bit on the expensive side, but worth it for the quality and shopping experience.

Went in having a look as someone visiting from the UK who also works in outdoor retail. Can say in thoroughly impressed by this shop for many reasons. The shop looks smart and modern and clean as well as being well stocked. All staff were friendly and polite and talkative and genuinely interested in having a conversation. I generally have everything I need and rarely buy things so the fact I went away with something I wanted shows how good it is. The prices were very decent at least compared to the UK and the quality is high. The footwear area is compact but had a nice layout and friends staff. Overall very impressed as you can tell and would recommend if you need anything while in the area that is outdoor related. Last point this isn't a super cheap shop but generally you get what you pay for so if you want decent gear but still want a decent price this place works well and it's worth the money.

I recently purchased some apparel from Kathmandu online only to discover that the price of my items had reduced heavily on the website only a few days following my order. I called the store and spoke to Daniel - a very friendly and proactive staff member - who advised me to visit the store soon so that he could provide more assistance. He not only remembered our conversation immediately but credited the difference back to me during my visit without any issues. The Rundle Mall store is incredibly fortunate to have a team member like Daniel as part of their team for the last 6 years! He sets the standard for outstanding customer service.

Purchased my down jacket in a winter sale. Nice staff, happy to help customer. Medium sized store but you will mostly get the typical items you would look for.

Fantastic experience here. Went in to purchase a back pack among other things, such as a travel pillow, was given helpful information rather than an up sell. This made me feel confident in their advice as they weren't sacrificing info for a sale. The prices were good but this may have to do with the fact it's around xmas time and so prices are reduced further. Juliette was incredibly helpful and had a fantastic customer service attitude. Can't go wrong
