P&PS gave me a free quote for CCTV view of drainage pipes [compared to other companies charging $500+ for CCTV] Plus I was informed in my initial phone query of potential costs eg of small job -> large job which info is near impossible to obtain from other companies. Chris was accomodating, friendly & super punctual. He showed me the CCTV with explanation, provided helpful information and I learned that my fears of broken pipes were unfounded! Also told me costs should I proceed with further work.

Richard quickly and professionally unblocked our sewerage system on a Saturday evening. His calm, honest and up-front approach eased our minds. The problem was fixed in no time and we could use our toilets again! Absolutely recommend this team

Richard is always helpful and knows everything about stormwater auditing. Their reports are concise and full of adequate information to schedule future maintenance works in relation to cleansing.

Looks like a very professional plumbing business with the latest technology.

Charged over $800 didnt unblock drain sent me cctv footage which didnt make any sense with what we found after ripping up concrete to find problem. Was told it was under concrete staircase which we removed for no reason after being misled by cctv footage. Had to pay upfront and they could not unblock roots from the drain.
Emailed and asked why the video footage made no sense and they they just replied with some diferent photos of my house did not explain why the video did not match what we found after the expensive process of ripping out staircase for no reason then a large section of concrete to find a section blocked by roots only costing $1000s to repair mainly the concrete and staircase.

Wouldn't reccomend. Got them out to look at my gas heater. Charged me for more time than they were there, Brayden the plumbing manager was rude and very condescending when I questioned the bill. And to top it off my heater had the same problems the next day. When I called again the plumbing manager Brayden had an even more argumentative approach to customer service and said there would be additional charges if anything was found to be at fault, even though I paid for a service that didn't work or found anything wrong. I understand things can happen but when you pay $217 for 35 mins work you would at least think the manager would have a different approach to customers wanting to know where there money went  and if they got what they paid for.

Staff are rude, inconsiderate of clients and the general public. Their trucks block roads unnecessarily and their language directed at consumers is beyond appalling!!!
