Was booked for someone to come and do a price for a garage and they never showed or called back not very pleased at all with service

Received a quote which was fair and we wanted to proceed and have the shed built. Communicated this but haven't heard anything back for almost a month now... don't think they want to sell a shed? Their loss I suppose.
