Peter at Acacia pool has been very helpful in helping me choose the right filtration option for my pool. He came across as very knowledgeable and honest. He provided me with his professional opinion and I didn’t feel he was trying to sell me stuff I didn’t want.

The installation technician Dean was also very professional and experienced. He took great care in fitting the filtration system properly and left the site clean and tidy.

Both times, Peter, Nat and the team have been super accommodating and quick to act. Prices are good value and service was provided in a timely manner on both occasions. Peter from Acacia pools was lovely to work with. He was informative, knowledgable and very helpful but didn't try to over sell us on anything. We had a new heater installed and they were very quick and professional and it works wonderfully. There were a few issues with availability of the product we wanted but we were kept informed along the way, which is all I ask. I would highly recommend Acacia Pools to anyone.

My new pool shop

Simon did a great job at handover and talked us through our new pool. Made contact with Peter on a Sunday and received a response the same day. Was so helpful on the phone and provided advice and talked us through a chemical balance issue.

My pool was serviced this morning by Aleisha. I must say she is super nice and does a fantastic job. My pool has never looked better.

Acacia Pool Service have been cleaning my pool for about two years now without incident. Clear sparking water . . . what more can I ask for? They have also taken care of several other issues before they have become major problems.
