I see Doctor Cook and yes he is nearly always late but for good reasons he cares about you, I would prefer to sit and wait knowing the doctor is not watching his clock, and get looked after then to have a Doctor rush through and not pick something up. He might be rough around the edges but he cares I will sit and wait for an hour or more if it means I am given good service and advise. If you don't want to wait go somewhere else where you will be seen on time but not get the service you believe you are entitled to. If a Doctor is watching their clock they are not looking for the problem. Please go elsewhere and let us see a Doctor that cares.

Great medical clinic, doctors and nurses are always caring. The reception staff are lovely, and always happy to help when I need them to assist me. 10/10

Dr Cook is the best GP in Adelaide. It can be busy but the quality of doctors are worth waiting for.

Bulk billing is handy. They have a physio and pathology centre in-house. The flu jab is also offered.

Good and friendly environment .Doctors are excellent , cooperative,caring and helpful.Receptionists and stuffs are also cooperative and doing their job very well.I recommend this clinic .

I see a lot of negative reviews, but can’t say I had a negative experience there at all… Receive good service, good advice. Nothing looked and clean to me. It was actually quite tidy and clean. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

Dr. Amy Wang was lovely, compassionate, and very patient with me albeit not receiving the most pleasant news! She made me feel very comfortable when I was explaining my symptoms, and was very knowledgeable and attentive to them. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! Definitely going to be going back to her when I need to.

The doctors take the time to listen and are very thorough. The receptionist go above and beyond to help. Highly recommend this clinic.

Why so many complaints ?
How many GP now bulk bills ?
The quality of their doctors are above average.
May want to think of practical solutions to deal to the possible long waiting, eg call in to check on waiting lists, & if the queue is long: go shopping or make productive use of your time.
Soon, there won't be any GP that bulk bills.....enjoy it while it lasts

After visiting numerous GP's regarding chronic headaches and no one taking me seriously, I went to see Dr. Torpy. She took the time to assess me properly and then referred me to get a MRI scan. It turns out I had a Pituitary tumour and it was lucky she had taken the time to take my condition seriously. From there, she has been more than helpful and supportive. I couldn't recommended Dr Torpy highly enough.

John Cook is without doubt the BEST doctor you will ever find, he is extremely thorough and an amazing diagnostic doctor, which is very rare, he gets to the bottom of things and then will send you to the best specialist if needed. that is if he cant fix you which is very rare.
you wont find better than Dr John Cook, he saved my life

Admin staff are vey polite and helpful and doctors service is excellent.

Wait times can be long but the Drs are well worth the wait especially Dr torpy who is a exstreamly good doctor who ticks all the boxes which can be hard to find these days .
