The Marble Bar Roadhouse and Travellers Rest

Didn't try the rooms but stopped for a little pit stop on my way to port hedland. Little on the pricier side but totally understandable in regards to its location.

Writing a review for this place is a bit weird because it is an enigma, a surreal location where people from all over the world congregate. To work to purchase and to travel.

The chicken burger was absolutely perfect. Proper old school size and flavour.

Service with s smile. Rooms clean and tidy with good old-fashioned patronage. Highly recommend if passing through ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service was impeccable!

I was arriving late and the management took the time to call to make sure I was ok, much appreciated in this remote part of the world. They made a special effort to leave a great dinner in my room, turn on the aircon and put my lunch for the next day in the fridge.
Thank you for going above and beyond.

Great service by staff, extensive menu and even quite a large number of roadhouse items for sale including shirts and stickers. Buying diesel, you need to pre authorise an amount and the pay machine is beside the entrance.

Mate, we've now completed our trip around the entire country and we can safely say the sausage rolls we had there in October 2022 are the best in the whole country. Would love the recipe 🙏

All the staff very friendly. Fuel is by payment outside on a machine. The food we got there was well priced and tastey. We even came back a second time and had a sit down lunch inside. You beauty!

It was one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in... large bed, big ensuite with a great shower, good sized room with a fridge, kettle & free breaky with a selection of cereal supplied.

The staff and facilities were fantastic. It was like having home cooked meals away. Nothing was to hard for the staff. When im in the area I will be back.

Stayed here for a night whilst doing some work near by! Rooms where clean and comfy with a warm shower! Food is down at the pub great little town to stop by in and fuel was a reasonable price

Cute little store/petrol pump. We stopped to get ice cream here but it was so hot we had to drink it like a thick shake.....its a beautiful tight knit community.

Very neat and tidy, the outdoor eating area was well kept and the staff were very friendly! Definitely don't regret going out of my way to visit.

I understood the remoteness of the location so had reserved expectations but the site and staff greatly impressed me. Would be happy to stay here again.
