Excellent practice. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Short waiting times.
Nurses and reception are lovely, there is a blood collection service on site.

Rest in Peace Dr John Andrew Benjamin Ramsey, my GP and friend. I miss you. Thankyou for your care and your hugs.
(I still have FITHS disease, and I wish I could say C U Next Tuesday!)

Went to Harbour Medical Services at Port Adelaide to see Dr John Ramsey and my care plan nurse , which I see 6 monthly .
Had many things to discuss and shall be having consequent tests this next few months .
I hadn't had this nurse before and was very pleased with her .
John Ramsey is very thorough and was his usual cheeky , self and makes having to go to a doctors surgery a laugh .

Belinda is an amazing kind receptionist makes you feel very welcomed 😊

Today was my first time visiting this medical centre as I have just moved to the area and it will definitely be my last.
I only went in for a blood test and that was enough for me to never want to return. The reception staff were just vile and the treatment of the patients I saw from the younger receptionist was just disgusting.
When I was leaving the surgery I could hear her yelling at a patient and speaking so demeaning to them that I was disgusted. It broke my heart that this medical centre was full of older people and this was the treatment they were receiving. That is someones parent or grandparent you are speaking to. Try having some compassion and patience for people in vulnerable situations. You work in the medical field where you are supposed to be caring. If you hate your job that much then leave.
It was such an uncomfortable experience being there and I could not wait to leave. I can't comment on the doctors as I only saw the pathologist (who was also unfriendly and uncaring and seemed miserable ) I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

RIP Dr. John Ramsey. A true Professional, A cheeky spirit and a compassionate caring person. Im sure there is a shiny motorcycle awaiting you attention.
Unfortunately the rest of Harbour Medical are a heartless bunch when it it comes to dealing with mental health.
The best you will get is "leave the surgery"< not a very professional or modern approach to dealing mental health issue's.

Absolute joke of a place, take in a sick child with red rash. Over an hour after appointment time still waiting. Told the staff it was ridiculous and wasn't impressed, they then claimed I rang and abused and threatened them. I was too busy taking my son to the hospital to waste time on a phone call. Pathetic service avoid at all costs

Don't bother. Woeful.
